The amount of times that I get, Mark, I don't need your course because I'm already an NA certified. It seems to me that this is the only industry that doesn't value education. It's the only industry where people take one certification. They go, I don't need any more training. It doesn't make any sense to me. If you're a real estate agent, you go to as many conferences possible on how to get better at selling homes. You take as many courses on how to be a better sales agent as possible. There is literally hundreds of people who say they're real estate agent experts who sell these courses on how to be better at being a real estate agent. And you know what, most real estate agents, they take those courses because successful people know that it takes education to be successful. If you're a mortgage broker, you read sales book after sales book. You go to sales conference after sales conference. But loan signing agents are like going to take one standing training. And I'm not going to take anything else. Mark, I already have the NNA certification. I don't need any more training. It doesn't make any sense. We are the only industry that doesn't value training. Every other industry in this country values training. But signing agents, the amount that I talk to, like, I don't need anything else but one training course that doesn't make sense. Education powers the successful. Maybe you're slow because you don't value education. Maybe you don't know how to pass signing services. You because you haven't taken the time to learn. Maybe you haven't learned how to go directly to an escrow officer because you haven't chosen to take a course that can teach you how to do that. There are so many notary public loan signing agents that I talk to. Like, I only need one training course and it blows my mind because there are so many different ways to be successful at something. And truly successful people try to take in as much of that information as possible. They want to learn from as many people as they can so they can be better at something else. But there is countless amount of students who I talk to every day or countless amount of people call me up and they go, well, I already have the NNA certification. I don't need any more training. We are the only industry where people stop at one certification. You know, it's like a physical trainer who only has one certification. The person who has one certification isn't going to be as popular or won't be as busy as the physical trainer who has 17 different training certifications or certified in nutrition, who's certified in TRX, who's certified at CrossFit, who's certified in HIIT training. But signing agents time and time again are like, mark, I don't need your course because I'm already NNA certified. So you only want one training course. Truly successful people never stop learning. Truly successful people want to gather as much information from as many people as possible for as many things as possible so they can be an expert at what they do. So maybe if you are not as busy as you'd like to be, it's because you only stop learning after one certification. I mean, every real estate agent you see goes to sales conference after sales conference. They read every book on how to be a better salesman. They need every book on how to be better creating relationships. But if you talk to a notary public loan signing agent, it's like, you know what, I took one certification, I don't need anything else. Maybe that is the reason, I don't know, but I'm just guessing that maybe that's the reason you're not as big as you like to be because you haven't taken the time to value education. Bill Gates reads one book every single week. Warren Buffett reads one book a week. Apparently also Oprah Winfrey has a book club. Successful people never stop learning, period. And more specifically, successful people try to get as much information from as many different ways from people who are also in the industry that they're in. So this idea that, oh, Mark, I don't need any other training certification, but the NNA doesn't make sense. The NA certification is great. There's nothing wrong with NNA certification. It's an amazing certification. I'm just saying don't stop there. Continue your education. Continue to learn. Not only learn just from me, there's other people who are great in this industry. There's other industries within your industries. Like for instance, there's sales conferences you can go on. At the end of the day, what's going to make you successful is you believing that education is the pillar for your success. Successful people never stop learning. Successful people always learn from other people. So this notion in the notary public loan signing agent industry, I only need one certification. That is it, I believe, is what's holding a lot of notary public loan signing agents back. Learn from as many people as you can. Learning is the key to knowledge. Knowledge is power, success. So, you know, I wanted to jump on live today because I get so many emails. I don't need your course I'm NNA certified. The NNA certification is great. It's great. But continue your education. Continue to learn from people who are where you want to be. There are people in every industry where you need a dozen different points of view on this is how I choose to be successful. There are, this is what works for me, so it may work for you. And there's nothing wrong with listening to that person, learning from the person. Big what can I apply from this person's point of view? And what can I learn from them so that I could apply to my business? That's what being successful is all about. So, guys, I don't know why in our industry it's like, I'm done learning. Never stop learning. Please learn from everybody. Education powers the successful. Don't forget that we're the only industry where one certification is needed. So everyone stops learning. And that only hurts you. It only hurts the notary public loan signing agent who isn't willing to admit, maybe I don't know what I don't know, maybe it's time to be like, okay, I can get as educated as possible and if I learn from as many people as I can, that's going to help me apply to my business so I can make more money as a notary public loan signing agent. So I want to jump on and just get in there and say, guys, let's transform this industry. Let's create more of an edge educated notary public loan signing agent base so our fees go up so people start paying us more. So people say, man, this signing agent industry is all about educated notary public loan signing agents. People who take their signing agents business so serious, they never stop learning. I'm Mark and I teach the loan signing system and I look forward to hopefully helping you get your business to the next level.
