Biggest Regret Successful Notary Public Signing Agents Have!

The biggest regret I've gotten from signing agents is I wish I would have gone direct sooner. So many notary public loan signing agents are so nervous about going to the first title officer, escrow officer lender. It's this narrative that you know, every signing makes up. Like you know, the escrow officer, the realtor is this almost fictional person on a pedestal. When they're just like you and me, they put their pants on one leg at a time. They get in arguments with their spouses, they have bad days and good days. And so any signing agent out there who needs help put pushing through their nerves understand that an escrow officer is just like you. The real money is always working with direct contacts you want to keep the entire signing fee is making $90 for an hour long appointment. Great. Yes, but so is making $150 for the exact same amount of work. Make sure you go direct and realize that you do deserve the business you're asking for. You are amazing. And remember, we just watch people sign their name over and over and over. You got this. Let's go.
