This is a YouTube video titled "Can You Get Notary Jobs From Signing Services in Other States?" containing a conversation between two speakers, including one named Justin, discussing strategies for marketing to signing services across different states, specifically focusing on how loan officers can fund loans remotely regardless of location. The discussion clarifies misconceptions about geographic limitations in signing service marketing.
So my question was, you know, I'm getting ready to start my. My marketing. So the three. The list of 300 signing services. I'm in Florida. I've only found about 20 now. Does that mean I'm going to call on every signing service in every other state?
Oh, good question. Where do you live? What state? What city?
Florida. Jacksonville.
Jacksonville. Okay. So do you think a loan officer in New York City can. Can fund a loan in Jacksonville, Florida?
Yes.
Yes. Do you think a loan officer in Dallas, Texas, can fund a loan in Jacksonville, Florida?
Yes.
Are you reading between the lines here? I want everyone to hear me.
There's a.
Process that I should only sign up with title companies in my state. But that's not understanding that loan officers don't need to live in Florida to do Florida loans that land for everybody. So it doesn't matter where you live. You need to sign up with every single signing service. Here's what you may not understand, Justin. You could have a Jacksonville loan officer who moved to Los Angeles for friends, family, whatever that. But they only have Jacksonville business because they're still working remote. So they use a California escrow company, but all the business is in Jacksonville. And so you'd be missing out a ton of business because you're not calling the signing services in California, because you never know where someone is who does business in your area.
