Hello, my name is George Damanion Jr. And I have been a loan signing agent for 13 years now at Notary Public for 13 years, have completed probably over 5,000 different, various different real estate related closings throughout my life. I'm a full time notary, been doing this for years now. And so I had seen and I wanted to leave a review, a testimonial for Mark Will's loan signing system course. I had been seeing him advertised now for many months, almost the whole year. I was walking, watching it and I thought, oh, you know, I can't learn anything from this, this is stupid, this is silly, I already know everything. I've been doing this for a long time. I probably know more than this guy does. But I kept seeing the ads pop up over and over and seeing the different testimonials from his clients. And I reached out to Mark, you know, asked him some questions if an experienced veteran notary could actually learn something from this course. And he said absolutely. And so something interesting this year my notary business was suffering, it was going down. Even though I've been doing this for a long time. The industry has changed a little bit and so interest rates have gone up and so there's been less refinances or at least so I thought. And so my business was hurting until finally it hit an all time low and the worst month that I'd had in my 13 year notary career. And so I said, you know what I'm saying, I'm just going to humble myself, lower my ego and give this course a try. And so I bought the premier package for the loan signing system, the highest one you could get, and just dove right into it, went through the training, a lot of it I did know, but there was a lot that I didn't know at first. In the beginning I was picking up all kinds of little things, little details and I still was feeling like, you know what, I don't know if I really got my value from this course. But then I did a one on one mentorship call with Marg that just totally changed my perspective on how to go about growing this business. And since then I now just finished up the month of October, which has now been the second best month that I've had income wise the whole year. So I went from having the worst month to my business growing like crazy. There's a couple reasons why. One, I before used to focus solely on signing companies where this course has taught me how to focus on a different way, a different way to grow your business, focusing on Escrow officers, real estate agents, loan officers, and marketing to them to grow your business, working direct with the title company. So I've been focusing in on that also. Another thing that has helped me to be more appreciative and to take my signings more seriously, or I kind of always took them for granted that, hey, they should be thankful to me that I'm doing this closing. But I changed my perspective and realized, you know what, especially after seeing my business suffer, that I should be grateful for every closing that I get. So I've gone above and beyond to do an incredible job with every single closing and it's paid off. And then also, one of the best parts that I've received from this course is being surrounded with a community of hungry, driven, inspired people. Where before I was in a lot of those freebie notary groups and you know, it's just, they're just like the Bad News Bears clubs. I mean, everybody in there, ah, business is slow and you know, the notary industry has changed. It's just always bad news all the time. But now that I'm in a group that I actually had to pay to become a part of this group, it's a totally different energy. And every day people is posting in there about the activities that they're taking to grow their business, about how they're reaching out and making new connections, what they're doing, they're networking, they're going to events, people are posting how much money they're making. And it's inspiring. And so it's given me a new sense of inspiration, a new sense of purpose. And so, yeah, I'm very excited about the future now. And you know, it's just totally changed my perspective, my appreciation for the business, which I think it's an amazing business. And I'm so glad that I took the jump to purchase this course and to become a part of this community so that I could be surrounded with winners. You become like who you surround yourself with so that I could learn an everlasting way to grow my business instead of just being relying on, on signing companies. I've learned a much better way to focus on growing my business and have gained a new sense of inspiration and appreciation for the business as a whole. So I'm very grateful. If you're a notary and you've been a notary public loan signing agent in notary public for a long time, just like myself, and you think you know it all, well, you need to check your ego at the door. Humble yourself, realize that there's always more to learn and jump right in. And you know what? Hey, there's nothing to lose because you can always get your money back. So with that, guys, I just want to leave a quick review and hope. Wish you all the best of luck and cheers to the future.
