Hi, everyone. My name is Anthony Duong. I'm from Hayward, California and I'm Loan Signing System certified. I want to become a loan signing agent for several reasons. One of the reasons is I want to challenge myself. I want to push myself to the limit. I want to learn new things. And also, obviously, I want to earn extra income, but also helping others. So in a way, I'm killing two birds with one stone by becoming a loan signing agent. One of my favorite things about LSS is that there are so many resources and knowledge on the platform for notaries and loan signing agents to utilize. And another thing I like about LSS is that there's just so many people out there and we have this really great, awesome, very supportive community of people. And, you know, I'm on the Facebook group. I've been attending notary meetups. I actually attended two so far, but I met really great, inspirational people. I learned so much and I just can't wait to, to go to the next one. To me personally, I feel like the resources that can be found on lss, they are worth more than gold. So, yeah, I totally believe that it's worth every cent. So definitely give out the course a try. And for anyone that's on the fence about lss, don't be, don't be afraid. I was hesitant when I first started. I didn't know what to expect. But sometimes you just have to take that leap of faith and step out of your comfort zone. You're not going to regret it. I promise you that. You're going to learn a lot. You're going to meet really awesome people. So, yeah, don't miss out and be part of the LSS family. Sa.
