I'm Mark. I teach the loan signing system. And I'm often asked, I see you're based in California, but I'm in a different state. Is your course still relevant for me? And the answer is absolutely yes, it is. Believe it or not, Wells Fargo Chase, bank of America, Sierra Pacific Mortgage, I mean insert, any bank does not make 50 different sets of loan documents for the 50 different states in the country. That would be crazy. I teach a system to walk someone through loan documents which is no more than a contract between the borrower and the bank. And believe it or not, these contracts are essentially exactly the same state to state. Are there a couple documents different state to state? Sure. But what I teach you is how to go over loan documents without having the borrower to read every single line. And that is my course and that is the loan signing system. My system teaches you, no matter what state you live in, how to go over loan documents and escrow documents in an efficient manner. So if you do run into a form or two that I may not have covered, you will still know how to walk a borrower through that form without having to be an expert at that particular document. That is one of the primary techniques in the loan signing system. Needless to say, mortgage verbiage and terminology is essentially identical state to state. Whether you live in Nevada or Wyoming, a bank note is a bank note. You will learn the mortgage verbiage you'll need to understand to be a notary public loan signing agent. That applies to all 50 states. Now, the only thing that may be a little different state to state is escrow and title documents. But no matter what state you're in, the title company needs to disclose the closing costs and fees. So while the closing cost sheet may look a little different state to state, the fact of the matter is, no matter what state you're in, you'll need to learn how to explain closing costs to a borrower. And that's what I teach you. I teach principles. Do I teach these principles while going over loan documents that are printed in one state? Yes. But you will find because banks are not printing 50 different loan documents for each state, the loan documents that I give you in my course will almost be identical to the loan documents you will have in your state. Whether you're in Michigan, Texas or Washington, you'll need a mentor to teach you the ropes. You'll need a set of loan documents to study, and you need someone to teach you how to do the process flawlessly. I can teach you how to do a loan signing without any experience. And if you are experienced, I can teach you how to cut your loan signing time in half. I guarantee it. I'm Mark. I teach a loan signing system, and I look forward to helping you become a top loan signing agent.
