Hi, my name is Kristen Rhodes. I'm an ELLSS student. I've been a student of Mark's for about a year now. My first year last year, I did 700 closings. And I made $65,000 in my first year, which I never, ever thought that I could ever achieve. I set a goal, a lofty goal I thought was 50 grand. And I hit that in September, October of this year of 2022 and the end of the year, I was so far above and beyond. And I'm so grateful for everything that I've learned for the community, for the teachings of lss. And just the way I got into this whole business is kind of funny. I refinanced and the person that came was just didn't know what they were doing. There was no toner in the paper, couldn't answer any of my questions. And at the end I'm like, how much is this guy making? So I looked at the settlement statement. I'm like, $200 for that. So I googled loan signing agent, I googled notary public. And I found Mark's system and I watched a couple of his videos. And I had been unemployed due to Covid and I was looking for something new, and it just fell into my lap at. And I took the course in August of 2021. And I was terrified. I was terrified to take my first closing. I was terrified to do anything. And in December, I said, we gotta go, we gotta go, we gotta do this. My first closing was January 3rd of 2022. And I'm. I just. I'm so grateful, it makes me want to cry.
