If you're a notary signing agent that wants to get more loan signing jobs, you probably already know that escrow officer and title officers have the most loan signing appointments to give you. It's true. Each escrow or title officer generally closes about 15 loans at a minimum, each and every month. So having just a few direct escrow or title clients could keep you busy all month long. And not only that, because you're getting the direct notary signing appointment yourself, you keep 100% of the fee. You don't have to split any of it with the signing service. So let me ask a question. If escrow and title officers have the most signings to give you and you get paid more for the exact same signing, why is it that we still hesitate to go into an escrow office or a title office to introduce ourselves? Understand that an escrow officer literally cannot do their job without a notary public loan signing agent. Every single file has to have a signing agent assigned to it. An escrow officer cannot close their transaction, the very transaction they've worked weeks and sometimes months putting together, without having a loan signing agent walk their borrower through the paperwork and notarize the appropriate documents. To put it simply, escrow and title officers need you. They, they cannot do their job without you. And the biggest pushback I get when I say this is, doesn't escrow officers and title officers already have a notary public loan signing agent they work with? Of course they do. They were in business before you approached them and introduced yourself. But I can't stress this point enough. No matter how close of a relationship they have, where their current go to notary signing agent, that notary can only be at one appointment at a time. The escrow officers have numerous appointments throughout the entire day. It's not like they only close one file a day. They close several. In other words, the notary they have a great relationship with cannot be at every single one of their signings. It is physically impossible. So when those other appointments occur throughout the day, the escrow officer needs another signing agent to fill the job. And on top of that, notaries get sick, they go on vacation, they move, they retire. Some work for multiple escrow officers, or some even decide they only can work certain times because of their family schedule. And this is exactly why an escrow officer needs five to 10 notaries in the Rolodex at all times. Escrow officers literally have to have a constant, reliable, stable signing agents. And now you know why escrow officers need multiple signing agents in the Rolodex and now you know why you should not be hesitant to go into an escrow or title office and introduce yourself. They need multiple notary public loan signing agents. So do you and your family a big favor and go into an escrow or title office and introduce yourself. Getting an escrow officer as a client will help you get even more notary loan signing jobs that will also pay more than getting a signing through a signing service. If you are currently a loan signing system student, use the Word for Word script in the course that I give you to get these signing jobs from escrow or title, I tell you what to say. You just need to go into the escrow or title office. If you're not yet a loan signing system, go in and introduce yourself and let them know why you need to be one of their notaries, the Rolodex. But whatever you do, don't talk yourself out of walking in. Signing agents need to stop thinking that an escrow officer doesn't want to meet you. It's quite the opposite. They literally need to meet you. Their business depends on it.
