Hi, my name is Bianca Jones and I am a signing agent and loan signing system student. To give you some background, I have been a stay at home mom for the last two years and I was in the banking industry five years before that. So I know what it's like to work a 9 to 5 with steady income. And I also know what it's like to care for a family with no income at all. What I love most about being a notary public loan signing agent is that I have found a comfortable medium between the two. I can be the professional woman that I love to be without sacrificing so much time with my family. I can contribute to my household financially and still be present as a wife and as a mother. And that for me has been life changing. Now, being an LSS student has really put the cherry on top of all of that. When I jumped into this career, I did not take the course. And for the first couple of months I felt very much like someone's employee completing a task for a paycheck. But that's not what I was looking for. But after taking the LSS course, it really catapulted me to the next level in my career. Now I am so much more knowledgeable and comfortable with my work and that in itself has set me apart from other signing agents in the industry. I'm no longer scared or apprehensive to take on unfamiliar assignments because I know that I have the education and resources to learn them through the loan signing system. And because I no longer hesitate on taking on new assignments, I'm making more money. So it just, it just worked out. So my only regret is not taking the course sooner. And going forward, I will continue to utilize the LSS course and the resources that Mark has put in place for me to grow my business as far as I choose to. So LSS us to the moon. Bye.
