Have you ever wondered how much money a notary loan signing agent can make? Well, let's break it down using some simple math. Since I teach all of my students how to get business directly from mortgage professionals. Let's use an average direct signing fee of $150 a signing for this math equation. So if you get one signing week at $150 per signing, you'd make $150 a week or about $8,000 per year. Five signings a week equals $750 a week or nearly $40,000 per year. Ten signings a week equals $1,500 a week or a hair under $80,000 a year. And 13 signings a week equals $1,950 a week. Or more specifically, 13 signings a week equals a six figure a year income. Amazing, right? So here's some food for thought. The average income for an individual in America is about $40,000 a year. Depending on what source you look at, a notary public loan signing agent can make that average American income a year by only getting one, yes, one signing appointment per day, five days a week. Millions and millions of homes close every single year in this country and you only need one one a day to make what the average American makes. Two signings a day, five days a week and one can make twice the American average income and just two and a half signings a day. Five days a week creates a six figure income. Imagine making double the average national income or even six figures by doing simply two to three signings per day. Comment below if you think that would be amazing. So what can we learn from understanding these numbers? First and foremost, you need to learn how to get loan signing jobs directly from escrow officers, title officers, real estate agents and mortgage officers.
