I always get the question, Mark, how can you look me in the eye and tell me there's business for me? Because I know there's other notaries where I live. I get that all the time. This is an on-call business. You are educated. You know that it's impossible for the notary they've used for 20 years to be at every single appointment. It is literally impossible. So all you are doing, literally all you are doing is running around your town and letting every freaking title officer know you are more than happy to be the backup. And if you do that enough times, guess what someone's going to do? They're going to be like, Mabel, I see your card on my desk. I'm in a bind. Can you bail me out? And the moment you bail them out is when you now have backdoored their primary notary and you got to create a real relationship. That's not on me. That's on you. So the way you get business is by understanding how the business works. That is it.
