How Notary Generates $100,000 a Year ONLY With Signing Services

A notary signing agent explains how to hit $100,000 a year by accepting all appointments and building relationships with signing services. The strategy relies on volume and consistency rather than cherry-picking high-paying jobs.
She makes $100,000 a year in 2022, when rates are 6 or 7%. She's on track to do 100,000 this year. She's part of the 10K club. But let's take people back how you built this amazing relationship with signing services all over the country.
I do not counter offer. So I will accept every single appointment. Every appointment I accept. I don't say no. And the reason why is because, well, I'll accept the $25 deed signing and I will accept the hundred dollar one that's only 100 an hour away. And most of my appointments are an hour away because everything is like super far away where I live, because they all average out in the end. And you may get a seller package for $130 that's a block away from you. That's 20 pages. And then you'll do the $30 modification. And then if you do three of those in one day, that's like almost $300.
What I love is it all averages.
Out exactly.
And you're building relationships. And the same signing service will call you back. Because what I think is lost on outside the LSS community, and not necessarily our community, but is we as signing service owners know that, like, dang it, we only have 50 bucks in this file. We're gonna think about you next time. And so we know that. But I think a lot of notary public loan signing agents think really short term. It's like, well, I can't make a living off $30. You're right. But you can make a living off of 3 $30. The next time they have a modic. We know that we're going to take care of you the next time. Like, there's humans on the other side. And she's telling you that if you just stay the course, it's work for her.
