Let's talk about if a notary meets like a realtor. And the realtor's like, yo, I want to use you. And then, and then, then the notary's like, oh, you're in Fidelity. And they get like all deflated. We've all been there. You're newbies. What's the workaround?
The workaround is get Bankserv approved. So Bank Serve is owned by FNF and it's our preferred signing service. And so it, there's a spot in there. So if you tell, you know your banks have approved or if the agent tells me your banks have approved, there is a place in the system when I request my order, there is literally a blank spot. Preferred Notary. And I put your name in there and that order goes direct to you. They contact you direct.
Oh, you got to get banks of approved. Right? That's just figured out. Banks are.com is, you know, like four things you got to do. But once your banks are approved and you're under two years, or maybe even if you even had don't have an escrow officer who sponsored you yet, and you have more than two years, the workaround's like, oh, cool, no worries. I'm bank surprised. Or just attach me via Bank Serve. Everybody hear the ninja move. I want no more emails, Mark. I can't get Fidelity Signings. Gotcha.
And now, and then now, if your two years comes up and you're not ready to be FNF approved, your EO can sponsor you.
That's right.
And so now that I've worked with you direct through Bank Survey for however many signings, your two years is up, I'm comfortable sponsoring you because I'm not going to honestly sponsor someone I've never worked with before. So even you may have 2, 3, 5, 10 years experience, but you're not approved. I can't sponsor you because I don't know you yet. So that's a good way to get an EO to know you to then sponsor you to be FF approved.
