Oh my gosh. Snapdocs in the house. I'm here with Casey. Casey, can you say what's up?
Hi, I'm Casey with snapdocs. I'm our new notary community manager. Excited to be here with Mark.
Oh my God. So if you guys know from the video from four years ago we had, Felicia was kind enough to go over the 10 tips to maximize business on Snapdocs. We're going to redo that in the future. But we are here right now. The NNA call friends. And I said, casey, can you jump on real quick and give one tip to help notaries get more notifications? I know out there you're like, mark, notifications have slowed down. I want more notifications. How do you do that? Well, Casey, can you drop some fire and help the notaries watching this right now on maybe getting more notifications to their phones? So take it away.
Yeah. So if you're looking to get more notifications and signings with Snapdocs, the first thing you're going to need to do is make sure that your profile is fully filled out. You want to make sure that you get Snapdocs verified, you have that profile photo, you get that NNA certification because that will open the doors for thousands of more signings for you.
Okay, cool. So you said something that, that was very interesting. You said fully filled out. What I'm hearing that means there's a lot of notary public loan signing agents who don't have it fully filled out because some people are like, well, duh, right. So let's take that a little bit deeper if you're cool. So how many notary public loan signing agents or notaries don't have a filled out profile? So they realize how important that tip is because some people be like, well, obviously, but I don't think it's that obvious.
It's not that obvious. So we want to make sure that you have all of your credentials updated, your profile photos. There you have a really good description about your drive to why you want to be a notary. What you know, you feel you excel at, why you stand out amongst your competition. But there are like dozens of 1000s of notaries in our platform who haven't completely filled out their profile, which is astonishing.
She just said dozens of thousands. Just not thousands. Dozens of thousand. That's mind blowing. So I heard something else is, you know, you said a fully filled out profile a good description. So am I hearing without giving away the secrets of the algorithm that the algorithms of snapdocs will favor the signing agent who has a more filled out profile, but also is a little more descriptive in their bios. Because I. Some students will do like a one sentence bio. And so you're telling me or them that more filled out is actually aggregated better by the system? Is. Am I hearing that a little bit.
So the description does not go into the algorithm, but if we are looking at the profiles to help assign you to a specific signing, selling yourself will help us choose you over another.
Okay, so I want to do a little cliffhanger here. Okay, thank you so much. And we're going to redo the 10 things to maximize your snapdigsk profile to do Felicia with Casey, the new community manager. So this little tease is the algorithms. Like the. Like, anything's always changing. And so we're going to learn about the algorithms in our next video much more thoroughly on how you can get more signings and by utilizing the algorithm's techniques and what they do look up. So she just told us the description per se. It's not really judged by the algorithms.
Correct.
But we're going to break that all down. The next video. So, Casey, I am so excited. It's been four years. She's like, you did the video with Felicia. I'm like, yeah, there's 100,000 views on that bad boy. So let's get this one up to 300,000 views.
Awesome.
It's so nice of you too. Thank you for spending time with me. But, dude, let's get this party started.
Awesome. Great to meet you all.
High five. Let's go, let's go. Stay tuned to the big interview. Hopefully the next couple months I'm gonna fly back up, but until next time, you know, I'm rooting for you. Let's go, let's go.
