First, what I do is I Google title companies near me and check out who their closers are and follow them on social media just to get a feel for the person, what their interests are, you know, their personality, their vibe, that type of thing. I interact with their posts first on social media before visiting them in person. It just helps me build rapport and makes the in person meeting feel way more natural. Just because they already see me on social media, they know who I am. Oh my God. Hi. Yes. You're the girl with the curly hair on social media. Yeah, that's me.
The moment they follow you back, you do what?
That's when I know. Okay, they took the bait. Perfect. So I start interacting with their posts, I start liking, I start commenting, basically seeing if we have any same interests or anything like that.
Okay, so let's unpack this because Maria, this is so good. So I want everybody hear what she said there. She interacts with them because remember on LinkedIn you follow them. Don't follow you. Right. On Instagram they follow you, you follow them, they don't follow you.

So she's interacting but the moment they go, oh, I'll follow you, that's the moment. Did that land for everybody? So she's not going into the office until they follow back. The moment they follow back, you do what?
The moment they follow back, you go in. Yeah, I go in.
It's like, that's your green light to do the preparing. Because everyone's like, oh, when do I make that move to go in? You've learned the moment you follow me back. Because the conversation is, oh, you follow me on social media. That land everybody. So now it's not a cold entry. It's like, oh, I'm Rhea, you just followed me on LinkedIn. So now it's like, oh, I'm here to see John. He just followed me on LinkedIn. So the moment they follow back, it's such a Gen Z, everyone needs to steal it. It's so good.
