How to Get Notary Jobs From Signing Services [Part 1] | NO MARKETING REQUIRED

How do you get these loan signings? No sales required. But explain to me why there's no sales required and I'm going to break that down for you. Now I want to really break down how a signing service works again. I own one. So I will literally go market my signing service to mortgage officers, lenders and realtors and escrow officers. So I go to the mortgage officer and I go, hey, I would love to be responsible finding all your notaries. I give them my pitch. They go, mark, that sounds great. So what they do, they give me all the signings. So I literally get the loan docs, like literally via email. I get the loan docs. Once I have the loan documents, I then give them to a signing agent and in exchange for me doing all the work, I give you 75 to $125. And these appointments rarely take longer than an hour. Does everybody understand how the business of a signing service works? So this is how 90% loan signing agents get their business.
