This is a YouTube video titled "How to Get Notary Jobs From Signing Services | Tip for Signing Agents" containing a discussion between two speakers about handling mistakes in signing jobs and how accountability and problem-solving can positively impact signing opportunities. The content focuses on practical advice for signing agents dealing with errors and client interactions.
So let's say that somebody calls you cold.
Tell me about the last mistake that you made in one of your signings.
I'm going to ask you.
What was it? How did you handle it? But most importantly, what did you learn from it? Because that's going to tell me a lot. And if you tell me, I don't make errors.
Okay?
We all make them. So tell me your last one. And if you haven't done any signings, of course you will make them. So I'll ask you a different question. But, yeah, if you made a mistake, I want to ask you, what was it? How did you handle it? And what did.
You learn from God? This is so good.
It is.
Yeah. I mean, the reason it's so good is a. What I try to teach you, that he's obviously teaching you is that people make mistakes. We get it. It's not making it that matters how you handle it. And so you could get another. You could get the signing just because he knows how accountable you are and how you went above and beyond to make the mistake. Like, actually how you fix the mistake could be why you get the signing. Did that land everybody? So this idea that, like, oh, I don't make mistakes actually hurts you. The vulnerability and fixing it is the ninja move here, right? It's. Look, I missed a stamp. Oh, I happened. I got so mad at myself. But you know what? As soon as I got the feedback from the signing service, I dropped what I was doing. I ran over. I went to the wife's house. Then. I mean, work. Then I went to the husband's work, and then I made in FedEx. And that's how I solved it. Now, Bill Molina, DSO any signing service owner here would be like, that's the note I want to work with.
