How to Get Notary Jobs With Signing Services [PART 2]

Mark Wills, Bill, and Melana Go discuss how notaries can land jobs through signing services. They cover preferred notary lists, the platforms signing services use, and concrete strategies for getting on those lists to book more work.
How do you find signing agents? What's kind of the first go to move so they understand your process?
The first go to move is to definitely look at my preferred notary list. I'm always looking for notaries all over that are interested in doing closings for my company and the most important thing that I do after that is if you're not on my preferred list, I go to the notary databases and look there and then I also am in charge of a attorney state LSS sponsored group with over 6,000 notaries in it and I look there to also make offers to notaries that may have not done any closings that need to do closings and then for my preferred start may be in that list as well.
Bill, same question. Okay, so we do have preferred notary public loan signing agents on almost every state now. But the platforms that we do use for signing docs today is notary dash and signing order and soon another platform notary every day.
Melana Go yes.
So we have a database of 40,000 notaries but we like to work with our preferred notaries. However we don't send out like mass text messages when one of our preferred notary is not available. Instead we rather to choose the notaries we're going to send the notification to based on their profile.
Preferred status is important so your job is to make sure that every signing service you do business with you try to get mark preferred because they're letting you know that that's our go to. Once our preferreds are not available then we go to more of a cattle call which we're going to cover next. But just want to make sure you heard and by the way, my signing service is the same way preferred first if they're not available go to cattle call which we're going to talk about. But I just wanted to again hammer home if you're not always asking me Mark preferred you're losing opportunities. So every single closing it should be like hey how do I get preferred? Hopefully you liked in my service and then make sure mark preferred.
