I've been teaching notary public loan signing agents for six years. I'm a notary public loan signing agent for 18, been doing this for six now. The biggest thing that I get from new students is Mark, how come there's some students who make $15,000 a month and then there's some students who can't make more than $500 a month. So what is the difference? I get that all the time. If everybody has the same course, then how come so many people are able to have an $8,000 a month part time business and some students can't make more than 1,000 bucks a month? And I've been doing this six years and I can tell you very simply, I know the answer. The answer is effort. The students that make $10,000 a month go to networking events. They go to open houses, they hit up their friends that they know are realtors, lenders and escrow officers, notary public loan signing agents who can't make more than a thousand bucks a month. Just try to win the lottery. I will get your phone ringing with notifications. That's not the question. It's what you do when the phone rings with notifications. It's what you do when. When you know that there's a networking event right next door. But what are you going to do? The signing agent. You make ten grand a month. It doesn't happen by magic. It happens because they're going out to network events every weekend. They're going out and they're pushing themselves outside their comfort zone every single day. I will teach you what to say to a mortgage. Offers are, I just can't say it for you. I can tell you what to do and how to act at networking events. I just can't go to the networking event for you. I will tell you word for word what to say to a realtor, but I can't go to an open house for you. So when you see These students making 10, 15, $20,000 a month, understand they are not better than you. They're not extroverted. They don't have some secret sauce. It's just the willingness to grow. The willingness to step outside of their comfort zone, the willingness to put effort into their business. That is it. Because everybody has the same scripts, but not everybody does the same thing with them. It's that simple. I will help you on this journey, but it's up to you to realize that success lives on the other side of your fear. What I believe makes this business easy to build is most notary public loan signing Agents get into this business to answer a text message. Most notary public loan signing agents don't get into the business to go talk to a realtor. Most notary public loan signing agents don't get into this business to attend networking events. Most notary public loan signing agents do not get into this business to go to open houses. That's where loan signing systems differs. I will teach you how to get direct business. That's where the money is and that's where the opportunity is. You're going to go up to realtor friend here. I promise you, everyone on here, you're going to go up to a realtor friend and you're like, hey, I'm a notary public loan signing agent. They're going to be like. And you mean you're gonna be like, and what? I want to work for you. And they'll be like, title does that. That's how infrequently that they are marketed to. Does that make sense? If realtors were always marketed to, they'd be like, oh my gosh, I'm so glad. But there's so often they're not. That's why they're not to do an education process. The point of me making that point is that's how wide open this business is on the direct side. Most signing agents don't get into the business, go direct. That's all I teach. Because not only is that where the money is, but that's where the opportunity is. There's nobody marketing direct where you live. They're not. It's not because they don't know how is the number one thing. Number second thing is they aren't willing to push themselves outside their comfort zone. That's where success lives. The thing I want to touch about is understanding that experience is your best teacher. So the difference between successful people and unsuccessful people is successful people embrace the learning curve. They realize I can't be good at something until I do that something. Because unsuccessful people do this. Oh, well, I'm not going to say the script mark until I get good at the script. And I'm like, dude, how can you get good at the script if you don't actually start saying the script? Does that make sense? Everybody but the unsuccessful person creates a narrative like, well, I'm gonna go market direct when I master the script. And they don't ever go market themselves direct. Where a successful person says, okay, I might suck the first time I say the script, but I cannot get good until I get through sucking. So it brings me to one of My favorite sayings, and that is a successful person is simply brave enough to suck. Are you. Are you brave enough to stumble through the script until you get good at the script? That's the only difference, man. Like, some of our best students are the most introverted people you will ever meet in your life. But they got through the suck. That's it. They dared themselves to get better. They dared themselves to grow. So if you're like Mark, how come there's some notary saying it's slow and some notary saying it's busy? Because the ones who are slow are just scared to grow. That's it. That's the difference. It's not slow. They're creating narratives that prevents them from doing what they got to do. Oh, interest rates are up. Oh, dude. Interest rates are 18%. In 1980, 3 million homes sold at 18%. There will always be business for you. The question is, are you willing to get through your comfort zone? That is not a me question. That's you. Here's my favorite thing about business. You ready? Business just challenges us to be our best version of us. That's why I love them. That's why I love business. It's like a relationship. Anybody married? When you're married, it just challenges you to be a better version of you. Fair enough. What I love about business is business does the same. So this business is easy. It's pushing through your comfort zone that's hard. I will teach you what to say. I will teach you what to do. You just got to commit to growing. That's all you got to commit to. And if you can commit to that, I'm telling you, there's money on the other side. Because every single home where you live has to have a notary. That's not a sales pitch or a raw, raw, raw speech. But the only way someone can hire you as a notary is if you've actually told them you're a notary. What makes this business better than almost every business out there, in my opinion, is every other business relies on tons of money for marketing. You got to buy Facebook ads. You got to buy radio commercials. You got to go to farmers markets, Whatever it is. You know what our business requires us to do to market? Just walk in the front door. That's it. There are very few businesses in America. I want you to really take in what I'm about to say here, okay? There are very few businesses in America where all of your target clients or in one place at one time, locked behind a door. Because everyone we want to talk to sits in an office. So you know where they are. You just got to go in and walk in there and say, does that make sense? There are very few businesses in America where all your potential clients, you know where to target them. All your potential clients are sitting behind a desk. All your potential clients are waiting for you to walk in. There's very few businesses like that in America. Did that hit you hard right there? Because every other business, you got to search for your clients and they're scattered all over. Not us. A real estate agent is a sitting duck in an open house. Escrow offices. Sit in an office eight to five, Monday through Friday. You know where your client is five days a week. What other business in America does that happen for? If you walk into a car lot and the car salesman comes up to you, can you walk away? Of course. But if you walk into an office building, where do they have to go? Our clients are literally just sitting there. But you have to go talk to them. That's it. So the biggest Cuban's business isn't the X's and O's. That's the easy part. The hard part's getting you to get past your comfort zone, remembering how amazing you are and let's go build a business. Let's go.
