Welcome to another episode of Goal Setting Mondays with the loan signing system. So happy you're here. If you're brand new to this series, every single Monday I get on Instagram live to help you set goals for your following week. Because remember, a goal without a plan is just a dream. So I get on here to help you with set goals from this next week to hold yourself accountable. I want you to have an actual plan to go through the week to help reach your goals. Too many times I see notary public loan signing agents just wake up on a Monday and they go, man, I want to get five signings this week. I want to finish Mark's course. I want to go get title business. That's what they say. But there's not an actual plan to actually get there. So I am so excited. Oh, it looks like somebody already wants to jump on. This person knows what's going on. So if you're watching this live, jump on. We hit the little ad camera button here and we're gonna get started right out of the Gay today with Bethany. Let's go, Amy, on How you doing? I'm so excited right now. Who's gonna go? Bethany, jump on here with me. So this is where I help you set goals because remember, I want to hold yourself accountable to the goals that you're trying to meet, the goals you're trying to reach. I want you to make so much money. I want you to bring value. I want you to help change your family's life. I want you to change your life. I want you to change the clients you serve in their business. Okay, doesn't look like Bethany is going to jump on. Bethany, I'm trying to get you on right now. Doesn't look like she's jumping on this. Try Miriam and see what we got going on here. Mary, you're up. Remember, I want to jump on live with you, so just first come, first serve. Hit the little button right here. That gets you on camera with me. It doesn't look like someone's coming on. So let me try Avalon, let me try to see if she is available. Okay, so let's go here. Okay. Bethany is unable to join. How about Avion? Are you there, Avion? So while everyone's waiting for me, if you don't want, if you're a little bit of camera shy, I still want you to write in the comments below your goals for this week so I can help you stay accountable to them. So drop what your goals are right here in the comment section. Stand in front of everybody right here. So we can help you stay accountable to the dreams and, and goals that you have for this week. Again, just don't wake up on a Monday and say, hey, I want 10 signings. What are you doing to get those 10 centers? What actual plans do you have? That's what goal setting Mondays is all about. So I'm trying to get some people on right now. Let's try, let's try Miriam and see if memory wants to join me live. So while we're waiting to get these notary public loan signing agents on right now, I just want to talk to you about the power of goal setting. Hey, how are you? Hello, hello, hello. Introduce yourself to everybody. Where are you from? And let's start talking about some goals.
Hi, my name is Maria My negro. My company is Unlimited Notary and I'm for Hollandel Florida.
I love it, I love it, I love it. So let's get to this, kick off this Monday with some goals. So let's talk about what your goals for the week or for the month. So I can help you break those down and help you stay accountable to them. Sure.
My goal is to have at least 16 signings a week.
Okay, so how many signings?
16.
Okay, 16 signings. So you want 16 signings this week? Is that what I heard?
Yes, I did 16 last week.
I love it. I love. Well, girl, we should try to go for 20 signings. We gotta push those goals a little bit out. So let's talk about how you're gonna get those. Right? Just wanting. It's great. I'm super happy about last week. But if you guys treat each week like a new week. So what are you going to do this week to ensure that you have 20 signings this week? What are you planning?
The thing is, I am terrified going.
Into title companies and going solo.
I'm.
I'm terrified.
That's what my problem is.
I got a lot of companies hiring me, like, you know, signature, you know.
Bad sir, many of them.
Okay.
But I'm just terrified going by myself.
Are we going to change our goal then? So is our goal. I think we should change your goal from 20 signings to going to one title office, right?
Yes.
Okay, so let's talk about that a little bit. You know, here's what I want to tell you is what I see so often from signing agents who are trying to make the transition from signing service to direct business is for some reason you are discounting how awesome you are. You've done 16 signings. So all those signings last week did you do those flawlessly, perfectly.
No mistakes.
That's my point. So why aren't you thinking about that right before you go into a title company? See, you got to have the mindset of, Look, I did 16 signings perfect last week. That's why the title company needs me. The reason that you're nervous or that you're shy or you're. You're. You're a little bit having some anxiety is because for some reason, you're telling yourself a story that I'm not good enough. They don't. They won't use me because I haven't done direct business. I want you to change that narrative to, the reason they should use me is because I did 16 signings last week perfectly. Does that mindset make sense?
Yes, it does.
Yourself. Every reason why they shouldn't use you versus saying every reason to yourself why they should use you. Does that make sense?
It does make sense.
Yes.
Yes.
I'm awesome. Thank you. It's a little cheesy, but it's the truth that you need to tell yourself. So when you're sitting in the parking lot of a title company this week, instead of playing the story, because remember, our thoughts are just stories. It's stories that we're choosing to believe. So if you can choose to believe, like, oh, I'm not good enough, then you can choose to believe you are good enough. Okay, so before you sit while you're sitting in the parking lot, because we're going to set some goals right now, but I want you to remember this conversation when you're sitting in the parking lot and you are nervous and you're like, oh, my gosh, you. They don't want to use me. They shouldn't use me. You need to be like, Mary. You'd be like, Look, I did 16 signings yesterday, last week, flawlessly. That's the story. Does that make sense?
Yes.
I don't want you discounting your greatness all of a sudden. Signing agents who are making that transition forget how amazing they are. They forget how many signings have done perfectly. You need to stop discounting that.
Okay?
Remember that. Okay? That's the last thought you have before you open the door to the tit company with me.
Okay?
Okay. So here's your goal. Okay? It's gonna be a very modest goal, but I know how nervous you are, which, by the way, makes you normal. It doesn't make you weird, doesn't make you different. You're not unique. Most signing agents have a little bit of moment of apprehension because remember, the Best way to get good at anything is just to do that. Right? And so you might stumble a little bit with the script, but that's okay because you got to get through that to get good at it. All right? So, okay, one title company. That's it. I want you to do one title company this week where you walk in and you tell them how freaking awesome you are. I will. Okay. There is 50 to 100 people on right now who's hearing you say, I will. So you're now held accountable by everybody on this live. So I want you to realize how great you are. Stop discounting your greatness, girl. Thank you. You know you're good, right?
I know I'm good. Yeah, I'm good.
I know you know that you're good. So I'm going to end with this, okay. I'm going to end with this self belief here, okay? Okay. Self belief comes down to one thing. It's not forgetting what you accomplished. Okay?
Yes, you're right.
Self belief comes from. It comes from remembering. So like, literally when you jump into a car, you remember that you've driven the car 20 million times. So there you have self belief in driving your car. When you get to a signing, you're like, look, I've done something. So self belief comes from remembering intentfully what we've accomplished. So I want you to remember how many signings you've done that you're really, really good. And these title companies need you. Do you receive that? Yes, I do.
You know, it makes me. I just want to thank you. I really want to thank you because I love this job. It's, you know, I want to get up every morning and go and fight and continue fighting. And I left my medical field as a nurse 20 years to follow you. And I thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much.
Oh, you're so welcome. Thank you. You know, honestly, thank you for trusting me. I'm humbled, I'm honored, and journey is just getting started.
Thank you.
Okay. It's just getting started. So from here on out, girl, believe in you. And that's not some hokey. Remember how many closings you've done. These title companies need you. They, yes, their company is better with you, and you need to believe that here. Okay? That title company is better with you than without you. 16 signings flawlessly. One title company this week. That's just one. Okay? Not 10, not 20, just one. Let's go.
Thank you. Thank you so much.
I'm gonna hear you next week. Let me know, let me know. In the Facebook group how that went. Okay, I will. I sure will. Thank you. All right, go get them. Bye.
Bye.
Oh, my God. I'm so happy for. And I hope everyone is inspired by her. Like, she understands that success is one step outside her comfort zone. She understands in order to get better, she needs to learn what she doesn't know. She knows she's going to stumble, but that's okay. So many people are afraid to push themselves outside that comfort zone that when you are ready to push yourself outside your comfort zone, you will see how wide open it is. There's such a big myth that when you go into a title office, there's gonna be 400 notaries that already marketed to that title company. You are going to learn how wide open this industry really is. Because so many, too often, and really, it saddens me. I'm trying to get every one of you to get outside your comfort zone, but too often, too many people don't push themselves outside their comfort zone. That's why marketing is so easy. In our business, there is not a hundred notaries knocking down the door of every single title company. I want you to receive that. I want you to realize that's the truth. So if I can get you to push yourself out and remember how good you are, remember why you're building this business, you will walk into a title company like, wow, I'm really the only notary this week to approach them. There's so much business out there for you. I need you to believe in yourself. Don't forget your greatness. Don't underestimate what you are capable of. Let's go. All right, who's up next? I'm so excited. Let's get Bethany on here. Bethany, I just invited you to come on stage with me. If you're here for the very first time, remember, this is goal setting Mondays with the loan signing system. I'm Mark. I'm the educator of the loan signing system. I just want to help you reach your greatness because there's so much greatness in you. And I want you to reach your full potential and read you how amazing you are. You can build this business. Every title company does need to have you as their top notary. Every single a client of yours is better with you than without you. So who's up next? Bethany. Okay, Bethany's not joining. Let me try to get Avalon. I think that's how you say, say your name. Okay, Avalon, let's try you once again. Hi, Sharice. What's up? What's up, Maryland in the house. So excuse me. If I can get you on, I would love to. Okay, I'm gonna go live right now with Ron Randhab. I think I said that right. I only see your Instagram name so I would know you by Instagram names until I get an introduction. All right, who's gonna join me right now? Somebody? Oh, what up, girl?
Hi, Mark.
I'm gonna be better when you tell me how everything went last week. Talk to me.
Okay, so a couple weeks ago when I saw you, we said, I'm gonna do five. You know, I want to go to five title companies or you know, just do some direct. And I did like seven. So I'm still contacting them and keeping up with them. But the good thing is like couple people from before, you know, that I was like, you know, talking to. They gave me signings.
So.
Yes.
Did I just hear this right? Did I just hear this right? You are now officially getting direct business.
Absolutely. From, from three to four companies.
Everybody drop a clapping emoji on the bottom. I am so, so proud of you. Was it as you're getting, as you're doing more of these, it's getting a little bit easier to go in? Am I kind of correct with that? Every single one. It's easier and easy. I just want you to inspire everybody. Like, look, if you guys remember from a couple weeks ago, she was nervous and, and she was a little, you know, felt some from the nerves and everybody dies. But she's pushing back that. And now she has three to four companies giving her direct business. You're an inspiration to everybody. Okay? So, but you know what, girl? It's my job to push you even farther than where you're currently at. So let's keep pushing. Okay, so let's talk about some goals for this week. So I remember, if I just heard correctly, that you went to three or four or seven other signing direct business opportunities. Okay? So I want your goal this week to have a follow up plan. Okay? Remember, Fortune is in the follow up. Okay. What I want to remind you and everybody watching right now is sometimes when you go into direct business, you just walked in after their client just yelled at him because close of escrow didn't happen quick enough. Or you just walked in and they're trying to close on a five and disperse. Or you just walked in and they have three other people on hold. My point is, is sometimes when you walk in, they're doing other things and they almost forget that you even made an introduction. So, you know, too often notary public Loan signing agents think like, oh my gosh, well, I must have done something wrong. That's why they're not calling me back. When sometimes it's just you walked in when they were doing something else. Like nothing. Right? We all have, you know, if you have children, you have friends, or someone calls you, like, oh my gosh, I totally forgot you called just because you were doing something when they called. That makes sense. So sometimes when you walk into a title company, if they almost forget you even walked in because they may have been doing something else when you walked in, does that make sense? Is that resonating? Okay, cool. So I don't want you ever, and I don't think you are, but I just want to give you coaching. I don't want you ever taking it personally that, oh my gosh, it didn't call me back. Because remember, they are also running a business at the exact same time you walked in. They're running their escrow desk. So your job, because you understand this, is to go back in and follow up all you do. So I want you this week to follow up with every single one of those clients. Okay? In person. Okay. I don't. I also want you to then follow up via email. Okay? So remember what I teach you, a once a week cadence is appropriate for face to face. So walking there once a week is what I want. But I also want you following up via email because remember, top of mind marketing works in this business. So I want you to go in today or tomorrow and say, hey, good to see you again. Go through this trip. Just make your presence felt. Walk out. Then two days later on Wednesday, followed with an email saying the script saying, hey, you have any appointments? I'd love to be ready and available. So you're touching them twice a week, one electronically, one in person, fortunes in the follow up. So I want you to really try to this week touch up with everybody you went to last week in person and then also do that via email.
Okay. Yeah, I'm doing. Yeah, I did. I did last week. I did what you said. I went and showed gratitude. Then I followed up with an email. So I'm doing this periodically. So one email, one follow up in person. I'm trying to do that.
Okay. I. I don't want to try out of you, girl. I won't be like, Mark. That's what I'm going to do this week. Yeah, all right. Get it, girl. So I'm so proud of you. I hope everybody is inspired by you. How does it feel keeping the entire signing fee Absolutely.
Today I have five like that are like all direct. It's huge difference. And I don't have to print. I don't have to do anything. I'm just going there. So.
It'S a game changer. I hope everybody just heard that. Five signings, all direct. She doesn't have to print, and she's going to make, I don't know, 700 to $800 in one day. Did you ever think that you'd be able to make 700, $800 in one day?
I mean, I put that before, but. But with this business, it's. It's like my time. I decide when I'm going to go, what I work usually. It's not like that. You know, something like that. This is like, this is perfect.
I'm so proud. You follow me next week. All right, thank you for letting me know. It's going. Let's go. Oh, my gosh. I hope everybody was inspired by that in Credible. Okay, Avalon, I'm trying to get you on here. Avalon, hit accept down below. I hope everyone is inspired by. By her relentlessness. Everyone understands that fortune is in the follow up. She was a signing service only notary. Now she's transitioning into direct business. Just as nervous as a lot of you out there. So if she can do it, you can do it. A hundred percent. Avalon, let's get you on. What's going on here? I want to try to get you on right now. Okay, so I'm gonna try you one more time. If not, let's get Jedediah on here. I know Jedidiah wants to follow. We had a great. So Jedi diets get you on here, man. Introduce yourself again so everyone else knows who you are, where you're from, so we can inspire them. My man. How are you? Good.
Mark, how are you?
Good, good, good. So where are you from? And say your name so everyone else could know who you are.
Hey, everybody. I'm Jedediah Young. I'm from Phoenix, Arizona, specifically Mesa.
I love it. All right, bro, talk to me. So talk about some goals. I mean, how is the business progressing? Let's talk about some new goals.
Yeah, so I'd like to get at least five signings this week. I do it part time in the evenings on the weekends. So I'd like to get five signings this week and be held accountable for it next week.
Okay, so how many times you do Last week?
I got my first signing last week.
Hold on, everybody. Let's get the roundup of the law. Very first signing that Is huge. One down, one million to go, my man. There we go.
There we go. There we go.
Full time job, hard time notary public loan signing agents. Starting off brand new. So first off, the first goal I want you to set is the best. The best person to get future business from is from the person who gave you a signing, right? The person already gave you. So, yeah, I'm guessing. I just want to make sure that I'm talking out loud, but you are an LSS student, so I'm guessing you've shown some gratitude, followed up with them, asked them how it went. And so just make sure you're doing that right. Send the email, get on the phone, follow up. Like, did you like my service last week? Create that relationship. And then when you follow up, don't be afraid to ask for more business. Like, hey, did everything go good in my signing last week? Oh, it did. Great. Hey, wide open this week in the evenings and weekends. Don't be afraid to ask for some of that business. So that is what I want you to do from the one last week, the one that's going.
If. If I'm unable to reach them via phone, you. You suggest a in person visit.
Bring.
A care package and say, hey, I want to bless you this week. And.
Yes. Are you guys hearing this right now? Ever was direct. He kept the entire signing fee. Like, oh, my gosh, Jay. Okay, so yes, that does change things a little bit. Okay, so the answer to your question is yes. Drug. Go back in. Here's what I want you to do. Okay? So you know what? I think a lot of notary public loan signing agents tend to not do. And I want to give you some coaching right now. Okay? So you're already in to a certain degree in that office. Okay? I want you to go in and I want you to spread your wings within that office. So what you need to do is walk back in and not only show gratitude to the escrow officer who gave that to you, you now have a conversation that you can start with everybody else, okay, you can be like, oh, my gosh, hey, I'm on instead of diet. Hey, I'm doing signings for that escrow officer right there. If you have any opportunities for me, I'd love an opportunity to be a good notary public loan signing agent for you, But Jedi die. What I want you to start doing is leveraging the fact that you work. I'm doing signings for that escrow officer right there. If you have any opportunities for me, I'd love an opportunity to be A good notary public loan signing agent for you, But Jedi die. What I want you to start doing is leveraging the fact that you work credibility throughout the office. Does that make sense? Because too many notary public loan signing agents don't use that leverage point. All right, so I want you to.
Yeah.
My plan, not only when you walk back in, you're also mentioning I'm using all these others. Does that make sense? Totally. Yeah.
My plan was to. Is if I could have gotten a hold of her and verified that everything went well because I. Because I double, triple checked it like five times before I turned it back in and everything was good. And then, you know, I haven't been able to reach her via phone. And so I wanted to verify, hey, everything went well. And then I was going to go to the other, the other escrow offices that has that title company and I was going to market to them and be like, hey, I just did a signing for so and so I'd like to, you know, I'd give my spiel and whatnot. So I'm, I'm ready to go to these title companies. I killed it in my follow ups last week. Like, I knocked a couple of them off their feet and they're like, yeah, we'd love to use you, but we.
Got to get you approved.
And I was like, I want to get approved. So I got Fidelity approved so then they can use me through a signing service so I can prove myself, and then I can get Fidelity approved through them because they have to sponsor me. So you know how that goes.
But I just want to say I'm so proud of you. Inspiration. All the other LSS students, like, you're just working the system, right? I mean, and you know, you, you understand that, you know, Rome wasn't built in the day. This is a real business. Like, people need to get to get to know you, you know, where you'll be so much better in month number two and three. Because sometimes you need to put in the foundational work. You gotta lay the groundwork. That's all you're doing right now. Right. I'm so thankful that you understand that, you know, this is a real business. And like any business, it's going to take some steps to get where you want to go. But every single week, you're putting in the work. And, dude, you had your first signing and it's direct. I hope all the LSS students are so inspired by that. You don't need to go signing services right out the gate. Jedediah's never Done a signing and now he's going directly to a title business. And that's what you got to do. You have supreme confidence in your abilities, Jedediah. I can't credit for that man. I'm very proud of you. So I'm going to end with this for some goals this week. Okay. You need to watch. Okay. And ask him how it went. Then you need to market to the other people in the office. But what I also want you to remember is Fortune is in the follow up. So all those other people you've been approaching the last couple weeks, don't forget about them. Because remember. But I told. I think it was Miriam in the beginning. I apologize. That wasn't her name. Is that sometimes when you walk in there, they're just busy, they almost forget you walked in. So, yes, it's not a knock. So I'm going to end with this for some goals this week. Okay. You need to watch. Okay. And ask them how it went. Then you need to market to the other people in the office. But what I also want you to remember is Fortune is in the follow up. So all those other people you've been approaching the last couple weeks, don't forget about them. Because remember. And shoes sometimes remember, top of mind marketing is really effective in this industry. So this. But I told. I think it was Miriam in the beginning. I apologize. That wasn't her name. Is that sometimes when you walk in there, they're just busy. They almost forget you walked in. So, yes, it's not a knock week. I want you to not only walk back in and ask how you did and then market everybody else using that leverage point. But I also want you to follow up with everybody from the previous weeks so they remember who you are. Follow up. Does that make sense? Yes, sometimes remember, top of mind marketing is really effective in this industry. So this last week my wife busted down my door. I'm proud of you. So goal is to walk in back everyone you followed up with and walk in. Show gratitude and use them as a leverage point.
Okay. So Mark, I also on Saturday crashed three open houses. I can't tell you how easy it is to market to really. I mean you said 4 out of 10 would respond and ask for business cards. 75% of them asked for my business card. And so none of them have ever come across a notary that was so bold to come into their open house and say, hey, do you have a preferred notary? I'd love to be your preferred notary. This is why. And they were completely like, yeah, Absolutely. I had no idea that I could even select the notary. And so somebody as bold and knowledgeable as you, I'd really love to use it. So it I'm doing follow lots of follow ups these days because I am visiting so many people. I just want signings. I know that, I know, I know that Rome wasn't building a day like you said. So I'm putting in the work and you know next month I'll be doing 10 signings a week which is 10 to 12 is really my goal part time.
So I don't do a plan. I can't say how proud I am of you. I mean you are one of everybody has the same course. Not everybody utilizes the exact same course. And so you are going into the real open house just like I coach you on. You're saying the script I gave you just like the coaching I gave you. And you can see how easy it is. And now fortunes in the follow up crash more open houses this weekend. I mean now that the country's opening back up, I mean marketing is so, so easy go in and that I love it. And I hope everyone's inspired by what you're saying. These realtors literally said no notaries ever approach me. For business, realtors are the most easiest way. If you're a loan signing system student, use the realtor script in the course. Jetta Diet is telling you it works. Use the script, use the course. And I think Jedi diamond, thank you for jumping on here. Hold yourself accountable to all the follow ups and I'll see you next weekend, bro.
Thanks Mark.
Have a good week.
Yeah.
Let's go. Oh my gosh. I hope everybody is inspired by him. He walks into reality, walks in open houses. Every single one of your LSS students have the exact same script. All of you have the exact same course. Just do what Jedediah is doing. Walk into an open house, use the script, go build your business. Look, people don't know you're open for business unless you tell them you are. The why this business is so easy to build is most notary public loan signing agents don't tell people they're open for business. Could you imagine if a restaurant near you opened and didn't tell anybody that they're opened restaurant. You see the problem is so many notary public loan signing agents open up their restaurant, your signing agent business and are afraid to go out and tell people that you're open. If I can get you to tell people that you're open for business, there's so much business for You. Jedediah has never been a notary public loan signing agent in his life. He went direct right out of the gate. So can you. Let's go. All right, so I get Luis on here. If you're brand new to this, to. To. To this episode or just a little goal setting Mondays. Oh, my man. How are you?
How's it going, Mark? How are you?
I am good, man. How are you?
I'm doing great. I'm doing great.
Okay. Where are you from? Where you. What's your name? Where you from? Everybody else knows. What's up?
My name is Luis Ledezma. I'm from San Francisco Bay area, specifically from Hayward.
Hayward in the house, man. Okay. Talk to me, bro. Talk about some goals where we're at. Let's go.
Okay, so pretty much I just got news last week that I passed my notary exam. So I went ahead and got your course. Like, the first thing I had to do as Jed and I had just said, like, I want to personally start marketing myself my first day of my commission. That's like a big goal that I have. But I don't. I don't know how to break it down into small goals, weekly asking.
Well, I'm glad you're here, man.
So you.
Have you finished the entire course yet?
I have not.
Okay, cool. Step one. Well, first off, what I want to say is I love your energy, I love the passion, I love the goals. But I got to slow you down a little bit. Education is number one. So how much more do you have of the course? Talk to me through that.
How about, well, I just started to be honest with you.
Okay, cool. I appreciate the honesty. Okay, cool. So let's talk about. Okay, here's what I want from you. Then I love that it's got to figure out what your baseline is so I can help you make those goals. Okay, so number one mistake my new students make is they try to slam through the course. Okay. Don't want you doing that because have you ever read a book and then you finish the book, you're like, so what was in chapter one?
No. Yeah.
We've all had that moment, right? And the reason we have that moment is because we read the book, like, in a week, and then you're. So. Our brains can only retain so much. So here's what I want. I want you to set goals of two hours every day of uninterrupted studying. I don't want you going through the entire course in one setting. I don't want the entire course in three days. Because you'll literally forget what's in chapter one. So I want you to go two hours a day until you finish the entire course. If you want to maybe go to three, I'd say I push it to three, but honestly, anything more than four hours a day, you're just going to forget what you read, what you studied. Okay? So I want you to dedicate two hours a day, every single day. I don't want you. Here's what I don't want you to do though, man. Okay? I don't want you to put two hours in today and then you forget to put two hours in tomorrow, and then you put four hours in Wednesday.
Okay?
Okay. I don't want you making up to lost time. It's 2, 2, 2, 2. Now, that could be an hour in the morning, hour at night, that could be 30 minutes mid morning, 30 minutes lunch, and then to an hour at night. Just get your two hours in every single day. Okay? Consistency builds businesses. Reputation. Repetition is the mother of learning. So that's one of my favorite quotes. So I want you to maybe before you keep jumping to the next module, go through each module one or two times. Excuse me? What I don't want you to do though, man. Okay. I don't want you to put two hours in a day and then you forget to put two hours in tomorrow and then you put four hours in Wednesday.
Okay?
Okay. I don't want. Or three times, not just one time. Because repetition is the mother of learning. Jamaican up to lost time. It's 2, 2, 2, 2. Now that could be an hour in the morning, hour at night. That could be 30 minutes mid morning, 30 minutes lunch, and then to an hour. The reason that we forget what's in chapter one is because we read chapter one one time. Okay? Yeah. So go through the module one, two or three times. Then go to module two, two or three times in module three, three, two or three times and progress through the course like that. Does that make sense?
That makes a lot of sense, Mark.
Beautiful. So your goals are two hours every single day until you get this bad boy down. Your second goal is to make sure you're going through each module at least two times before you go through the next module. Especially when you start getting into, like how to go over the note, how to go over the closing statement, how to go over the payment letter. Like those are the most important things. Just get your two hours in every single day. Okay? Consistency builds businesses. Reputation. Repetition is the mother of learning. And go over with the borrower. So too often the new students kind of go, oh, that's easy to move on. So that's one of my favorite quotes. So I want you to maybe before you keep jumping to the next module, go through each module one or two times. Excuse me. To when. Yes, it was easy, but you're only retaining so much of what was easy.
Okay.
Does that make sense? So. Oh, man. Dude, I'm excited for you, bro. I mean, the business is for the taking. I hope Jedediah inspired you. He did. He was never a notary public loan signing agent. His first signing is direct.
That's. That's my goal right there. That's what I'm trying to do. So as I was listening to Jedit die, I was kind of picking his brain and kind of seeing what he was saying. And I'm excited to. To see what's next.
I'm gonna end with this dude is, you know, Jedidiah is all the best students are the best implementers. So when you get to the Realtor script, when you get to the mortgage office script, all it does is say it. So you don't need to reinvent the wheel or three times. Not just one time. Because repetition is the mother of learning. The reason that we forget what's in chapter one is because we read chapter one one time. Okay, so go through the module one, two, or three times. Then go to module two. Bill, man. Especially in the Bay Area, where business is extremely crazy, home values are in two or three times. In module three, three, two or three times. And progress through the course like that. Same inventory's low. Everyone's refinancing. Like, you should be able to crush this business. So when you get to the marketing aspect, remember the conversation with Jedediah. He just did what was in the course. Nothing else. Open houses are galore right now in California, and all Jedediah did was went in, said the script, and they got a use. So I hope that inspired you, man. Cause you're on the exact same same path. Let's go.
Thank you, Mark.
All right, I'm gonna talk to you in the Facebook group, man. Let's have you stay consistent to your goals. In a couple weeks, I'll see you on the one on one mentorship. Does that make sense?
That makes a lot of sense, Mark.
Beautiful. So your goals are two hours every single day until you get this bad boy down. Your second goal is to make sure you're going through each module at least two times before you go through the next module. Especially when you start getting into, like, how to go over the note how to work with me.
Sounds good.
Thank you, brother. Go get them by I mean, I hope you're inspired by Luis, man. Brand new notary about to dive into the course to build his business. I'm so excited. If you are brand new to goal setting Mondays, this is simply where I jump on to help you stay accountable through the goals that you're going to have for the following week. Because remember, a goal without a plan is just a dream, man. So many notary public loan signing agents wake up on a Monday and say, hey, I want to accomplish this, but don't have an actual plan on how to accomplish it. So I have a closing statement how to go over the payment letter. Like those are the most important things you can go over with the borrower. So too often the new students kind of go, oh, that's easy to move on when, yes, it was easy, but you're only retaining so much of what was easy.
Okay.
Does that make sense? So, man, dude, I'm excited for you, bro. I mean, the business jump on on every money to help you build your business, help you stay goals to give you some tips and advice to inspire you to do greatness. So who is up next? I'm trying to get you on right now. Just hit the accept button and let's get you on with me right now. I had a request third Monday in the row P Parent one of these times be pair. You got to jump on and say hello. Somebody else jump on. Use this little button. It should be right here. On how I can help you press how I can help you kill unattable to your goals. So yeah, who's gonna be on here with me next? Somebody just for the taking. I hope Jedidiah inspired you.
He did.
He was never a notary public loan signing agent. His first signing is direct.
That's. That's my goal right there. That's what I'm trying to do. So as I was listening to Jedit die, I was kind of picking his brain and kind of seeing what he was saying. And I'm excited to see what's next.
I'm end with this dude is, you know, Jedi dump on. Okay, looks like we have Mid Mita. I hope I said her name right, but I only see your Instagram name. So when you jump on, introduce yourself. Where are you from? And let's inspire you and other. Oh, what up, girl?
Hi. Sorry, I'm so bad. I'm in the car, but I'm down the street from my house.
Be safe first and foremost. Yeah, But I want you to say your name where you're from, and let's get started.
So I am Amira McFarland. I'm from New Jersey. I'm in northern New Jersey. And I have been doing it. I guess I want to say July 5th will be.
Diet is all the best students are the best implanters. So when you get to the realtor script, when you get to the mortgage office script, all he does is say it. So you don't need to reinvent the wheel, man. Especially in the Bay Area, where business is extremely crazy. Home values are insane, inventory's low, everyone's refinancing, like you should be able to crush.
So I've been doing good. I've had some good months, some crazy months because I had family stuff going on, which actually, this was really a blessing for me because my mother became extremely sick. Sick. And I was really able to just have the flexibility to take her to all her doctor's appointments and do all these things. And if I worked a regular job, they probably would have fired me or I would have had to quit. So that was a blessing. But what I jumped on, because I do have a question where I kind of feel like I'm plateauing a little bit. And I know that I don't necessarily need to, especially in the area that.
I'm in this business. So when you get to the marketing aspect, remember the conversation with Jedediah? He just did what was in the course, nothing else. Open houses are galore right now in California, and all Jedediah did was went in, said the script, and, okay, I'm.
Home now, so we're safe.
Okay. So my question I got to use. So I hope that inspired you, man, because you're on the exact same path.
In the beginning, I was marketing myself here in New Jersey. They really had a lot of things shut down. So it was pretty much calling because I wasn't really able to go into any offices. Everything was closed, and now some are opening back up. But a lot of them still have different regulations where they are not allowing people inside too much. I did get direct business from two New Jersey companies. One is local by me, and I love them. They're great. And it's really small, so I'm able to work within the office. Then another one that.
Let's go.
Thank you, Mark.
All right, I'm gonna talk to you in the Facebook group, man. Let's have you stay consistent to your goals. In a couple weeks, I'll see you on the one on one mentorship that's.
In South Jersey where I do their business in northern New Jersey. But now that I'm still with me.
Sounds good.
Thank you. All right, brother, go get them. Bye.
Bye.
I mean, I hope you're inspired by Luis, man.
Brand new notary trying to almost like cold call people. I'm kind of, I guess I would say failing with like the follow up. Like, how do I follow up with people if I can't go into the office and actually see them face to face?
Okay, cool. A couple of things here. First off, congratulations on just everything you talked about, girl. Like, I'm so proud of you. You've been into a year you build a sustainable business. Now it's about growing your business. But I don't want you to not take a moment and be like, wow, I built a sustainable business. Like, that's a dream for everybody. So I want to make sure you about to dive into the course to build his business. I'm so excited. If you are brain, you pat yourself on the back.
Yes.
My highest month was I think I.
Made like 70 new to goal setting Mondays. This is simply where I jump on to help you stay accountable through the goals that you're going to have for the following week. Because remember, a goal without a plan is just a dream, man. So many notary public loan signing agents wake up on a Monday and say, hey, I want 200. Okay, so remember, part of building your business mirror was your name. Did I hear that right? Okay, so mayor, part of building your business is really remembering your wins and celebrating your wins. And so I think the fact that you've built this business to where it is right now is a win. So I don't want you discounting that. Okay, Number two is, let's talk about a few things. Are you currently in the six figure notary public loan signing agent Facebook group?
Honestly, I don't think so. I don't think that I'm in that.
Group to accomplish this, but don't have an actual plan on how to accomplish it. So I jump on on every money to help you build your business, help you stay goals, to give you some tips and advice.
I think I'm in like the original group that everyone.
Okay, so what I to inspire you to do greatness. So who is up next? There's a couple things. Number okay, because I've done numerous mentorships on how to market through the pandemic. Obviously you see our students making 15, 20, some making $30,000. So the, the mentor, the, the training is there. You just got to invest in it. Okay, so let me suggest a getting back into the six figure group. So let's get back to the beginning because you're a loan signing system student. Yes. I would recommend getting back into the mentorship group. That is I'm trying to get you on right now. Just hit the accept button and where all the marketing training occurs.
Okay.
Now I've done a numerous coaching on how to market through the pandemic. I obviously can't say that on Instagram Live because everyone's not LSS students, but there are numerous videos on how to market when the door let's get you on with me right now. I had a request Third Monday in the rope parent. One of these times people you got to jump on and say hello, somebody else jump on. Use this little button. It should be right here. Closed. How to follow up in the doors are closed. I've obviously been teaching that during the pandemic. So you know what I would tell you right now? My best coaching for you is the most successful people are the best students in there. Okay? So the fact that you're stopping learning is part of the reason why you're plateauing.
Okay.
Like that is literally part of the problem. The reason most people in life plateau is because they're choosing not to be more educated. They're choosing not to hear on how I can help you press how I can help you self feed the brain. You should. You're making money in this industry. You should 100% be in the six figure course where there's marketing training. Remember in that six figure group there's live marketing training every other week by six figure notary public loan signing agents. There are notary public loan signing agents making 1520 unhappy to your goals. So yeah, who's going to be on here with me next? Somebody jump on. Okay, looks like we have mid meta thousand dollars a month that you can pick the brain up. You're so my goal for you is to get back in the group. I said her name right, but I only see your Instagram name. So when you jump on Instagram and become a student again, okay, the reason you're plateauing is because you're choosing and again this is a choice. You're choosing not to be educated. You're choosing to stop feeding your brain and that's a choice I want to try to encourage you to stop making. Okay, so get back in the group and get back into all the materials again and yourself. Where are you from? And let's inspire you and other oh, what up girl? Get some of those coaching that you desperately need. Now, what I will say if you choose not to do that, Sorry, I'm so bad.
I'm in the car, but I'm down the street from my house.
Be safe, first and foremost. Yeah, but. Okay, number two is, are you part of the New Jersey Facebook group?
Yes.
I want you to say your name, where you're from, and let's get started.
So I am Amir.
Okay. So we have Kathy Vidal and Dave Vidal. Yeah, she's ambassadors.
Yes. I actually have messaged her.
Okay.
And so McFarland, I'm from New Jersey. I'm in northern New Jersey. And, you know, they're.
They're making $20,000 a month in New Jersey. So the number two thing I'd recommend is, you know, if you've messaged her, treat her like a client or you might want to follow up with her again. Does that make sense? So, but, you know, again, Kathy can't give you the training that the six figure membership can. Right. So, Amira, become a student again.
Okay.
That is my biggest goal for you. Like, obviously, what I've taught you, it's gotten you this point. Right. I need you to get back into being a student and get back into understanding that, you know, the most successful people are the best students. We have students making $20,000 a month who still are in that group because they understand the education.
I have been doing it, I guess I want to say July 5th will be a full year. So I've been doing good. I've had some good months, some crazy months because I had family stuff going on, which actually this was really a.
Such an important part of any business that doesn't matter what business you're in. So get in there. But look, even if you choose not to do it, I'm still here to help you. And so. But I think the best coaching is.
Blessing for me because my mother became extremely sick and I was really able to just have.
I have so many hours of videos on how to market through the pandemic that you just got to sit down and watch. Okay, but what I will tell you, even if you choose not to, I'm still here to help you. And so what I would tell.
Going to do that actually today. And then I saw you were live, so I was like, oh, let me.
I love it, I love it, I love it. Okay, but here's what I'll tell you. Regardless of whether you do that or.
Not, the flexibility to take it to all her doctor's appointments and do all these things. And if I work right now is.
Fortune is in the follow up. Okay, be specific with the regular job.
They probably would have fired me or had to quit.
When you're marketing the companies, my best piece of advice is for anyone listening.
Is so that was a blessing. But what I jumped on because I.
Do be very specific on who you're marketing to. So when you go to a company that say the doors are closed, you know that Jennifer, John, Susie and Aaron are all escrow officers, you should be marketing directly to Jeff, Aaron, Susie or John. So when you do a follow up.
Email and if you have a question where I kind of feel like I'm plateauing a little bit a John, I.
Stopped by your office today so you're having a conversation with John. It's not a generic like oh, I'm just a notary. I'm not sure. Be intentful and intentional with who you're marketing to. Does that make sense? And so the follow ups become easier whether it's digitally or in person because you're trying to create a one on one.
And I know that I don't necessarily need to, especially in the area that I'm in. Okay, I'm home now, so we're safe. Okay, so my relationship.
But if you're just like, oh, I'm a notary, stop by the office or just kind of like, well, you're not.
In the beginning I was marketing myself here in New Jersey. They really had giving me any of.
Their relationship building steps that I need and that starts with reaching out to someone specific. Does that make sense? So I'm going to end with this just because we're getting really bad connection is be intentful and intentional with who you're marketing to find out names.
A lot of things shut down. So it was pretty much calling because I was.
Before you go into market, just do a little bit of front end research. So when you're doing your back end follow up, it looks like you're following up what you should be directly with John, Susie, Erica, whoever. It's not like, oh, I'm a notary, just stopped by.
It's hey, John wasn't really able to go into any offices. Everything was closed.
Um, and now I stopped by to see you specifically. That makes sense.
Now some are opening back up but a lot of them still have different regulations where they are not allowing people.
So when you're marketing, be very specific with who you're targeting and the email inside too much.
I did get direct business from two.
New Jersey companies and the personal follow ups are like To John, that's just relationship one on one. So John feels like, oh, I missed you. Thank you for trying to follow up with me. Not like, hey, I'm a notary, stop by yesterday, you lose the connection. That is the loan signing system way. Does that make sense? Yes.
So my question is if I reach out already I spoke with that is one is local by me. I love them. They're. They're great. I'm going to. And I gave them all my credentials. What would you say is like a good email follow up if they're not in this specific area?
Yeah, that I would. The best follow up is just letting them know that you're available if they need you.
It's really small, so I'm able to work within the the office. And then another one that the second.
Best follow up and just cut and paste parts of the script. Remember, let's just say, let's just say for instance, someone trying to sell you.
A car that's in South Jersey where I do their business in northern New Jersey. But now that I'm still trying to almost like cold call people, I'm kind of, I guess I would say.
And all they said is like a mirror, we have a car sitting for you Amer, the car is waiting for you. And mirror, the car is waiting for you versus, versus a mirror. Remember, this car gets 45 miles to a gallon. I know you're a notary. How much would 45 miles a gallon change your business? See, the follow up is very specific.
Does that feeling with like the follow up, like how do I follow up with people if I can't go and make sense?
And so that's why it's so important to have the script in there. Remind them specifically of why they should use you. Not just, oh, I'm a notary to.
The office and actually see them face to face.
Okay, cool. A couple of things here that's like saying, oh, here's a car that you looked at last weekend. Does that make sense? So that's what the script is. That's what the script is. Okay, so I can't give the script away, obviously.
No, no.
Okay. But yeah, just use the script to. First off, congratulations on just everything you talked about, girl. Like, I'm so proud of you. You've been into a year. You build a sustainable business. Now it's about grow to build that credibility on why they should be using you. Fair enough. So get back in that six figure group, girl. You can contact me too in that six figure group. So get back in there. And let's start getting back on the live trainings every single week. So in your business. But I don't want you to not take a moment and be like, wow, I feel we can get you from plateau and. All right, Amira, Keep crushing it. So proud of you. Remember, the best and the most successful people are the best. Students never stop learning, girl. I'll see you in the six figure group, okay? All right.
Thank you so much.
Thank you.
You're welcome. Bye. All right, who is a sustainable business? Like, that's a dream for everybody. So I want to make sure you could. All right, I got time for one more person to jump on. Let me. You pat yourself on the back.
Yes. My highest month was. I think I made like 7200.
Girl. $7000. Get you on right now. Okay. Every month. Oh, thank you so much, Okana. I love it. I love it. Okay, who else wants to jump? I got time for one more person. If you're brand new to this, welcome to goal setting Monday at the loan side. So remember, part of building your business. Amir was your name. Did I hear that? Okay, perfect. So, mayor, part of building your business is really a reminding system where I jump on and try to help set goals for you for the following week so you can build a business I know you're capable of so you can achieve the greatness I know that's in you. Is there anybody else? And if you're a little too shy to jump on, put your goals in the comment section below. Talk about your goals. Hold yourself accountable. Is there anybody else? Bring your wins and celebrating your wins. And so I think the fact that you've built this business to where it is right now is a win. So I don't want you discounting that. Okay, I'm trying Avalon one more time. I'm so excited to be jumping on here with all of you guys. All right, one more person wants to jump on. Let's try Bethany. Bethany, jump on with me. I got time for one more. So I love being here every single Monday with you. Number two is. Let's talk about a few things. Are you currently in the six figure notary public loan signing agent? When you grow a business helping you hold accountable to your goals. All right, Beth. Facebook group.
Honestly, I don't think so. I don't think that I'm in that group.
Are you there? Let's try that one more time. All right, so while we're waiting for Bethany, you know, part of being a notary public loan signing agent, remember, efforts equal signings See a lot of people jumping.
I think I'm in like the original group that everyone okay, so what I.
Did business because they like the text message system of the business. They're like, oh my gosh, I don't need to do it was a couple things number okay, because I've done numerous mentorships on how to anything and I can just live by the appointment and I can get a text message and I can make $100 for appointment takes an hour. So many people get in the business because of that. Not because they want to go into title companies or realtors or talk to lenders. So if you are a market through the pandemic, obviously you see our students making 15, 20, some making. You're okay with stepping outside of your comfort zone. There's so much business on the other side. That's why I want to try to coach you on right now. If I can get you to remember why you chose to build this business, if I can get you to remember how great you are, you will under $30,000. So the mentor, the training is there. You just got to understand like Jedediah said, there is nobody marketing to realtors because most notary public loan signing agents don't get into this business to create a six figure business. Most invest in it. Okay, so let me suggest a getting back into the six figure group. Notary public loan signing agents don't get into this business to create a $5,000 a month part time business. So let's get back to the beginning. What I would because your loan signing systems do most signing agents want to do two or three signings a week and that's it. So if you are like Mark, I see it, I see the potential, I see the income revenue. Yes, I would recommend getting back into the mentorship group. That opportunity I see the way to help other people. I see the way to build my business around my schedule. And if you see that this business is wide open, man. So it looks like I can't get anybody else on. I'm gonna try one more time to Bethany where all the marketing training occurs. Okay, Now I've done numerous coaching and Avion Avalon. But look, remember most signing agents like to live inside their comfort zone on how to market through the pandemic. I obviously can't say that on Instagram Live because everyone's not LSS students. But there are numerous videos on how to market when the doors on what makes it. Oh, what up? We got her. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. How are we doing ladies?
That's crazy. Mark. I'm Bethany and this is Abby. And we've both been trying to get in.
I love it. I love it. Ladies. Well, first off, your energy is contagious. Like I want to. Like I love your smiles are closed. How to follow up when the doors are closed. I've obviously been teaching that during the pandemic. I am so excited to have you both on. So where do we start? Where are you ladies from? And talk to me.
We're in Central California, the Fresno area.
Love it, love it, love it. By the way, I'm working on a Central California FB group because I know Northern California, Southern California, but Central California needs their own. So you know what? I would tell you right now, my best coaching for you is the most successful. So nonetheless, ladies, where are we at in our journey? What are some goals? I know Central California. We got a lot of really big hitters out there. Katie Casanova, Electrical people are the best students in there. Okay, so the fact that you're stopping learning is part of the reason why you're plateauing.
Okay.
Like that is literally part of the problem. The reason most people, Sanders, they're 20,000amonth plus signing agents. So reach out to them, get to know them. But. Okay, talk to me. Okay, well, people in life plateaus because they're choosing not to. Being more educated, they're choosing not to.
Interesting. So I discovered the course first last October and told my good friend Abby about it. And actually she's beat me to the punch. She's already done what about 20 signings? Almost 225.
Everybody give her a round of applause.
Fear get in the way and kind of lagged. I actually took the next. I took two weeks off.
Feed their brain. You should, you're making money in this industry.
You should 100% be my full time job starting today. And she's here to kick my butt. And we're my first in the six.
Figure course where there's marketing training. Remember, in that six figure group, there's life, hopefully tonight. Yes. Yeah, pick her. But you have marketing training every other week by six figure notary public loan signing agents. There are notary public loan signing agents making 15, 20. I am, I am doubling down on that. Um, so first. And then they just let me talk. Okay, let me say it like this. So I want you, Bethany, to, to focus on bite sized chunks of getting through the course. So I love that you did this for two weeks. I mean, you took two weeks off. I coached someone earlier on how, you know, sometimes you get like overload of the brain. And we can only retain so much. So what I want you to do is get into the course and do like two hours a day, maybe three. Three. While you're letting everything else digest. I love your girlfriend. To do some mock signings with you. She's $1,000 a month that you could pick the brain of your. So my goal for you is to get back in the group and become a student again.
Okay.
The reason you're plateauing is because you're choosing 20 to 25. So just kind of show the process. I don't necessarily want choosing. And again, this is a choice. You're choosing not to be educated. You're choosing to stop feeding your brain. And. And that's a choice I want to try to encourage you to stop making. Okay. Feeding the brain more. Because we can only retain so much information on the biggest new students make is brain overload, which is, like, real. Right? So I want you to go in the course of two to three hours, your girlfriend's out of the room. It's you and the course. It's me and you, girl. Mono a mano. When you're done, step out and do some mock signings with your. With your. With. With. With her just so she can kind of show you the process. Okay. I want you to do that through the end of the week. This time next week, Bethany, I want to be on the one on one with you. Okay? So get back in the group and get back into all the materials again. And in the course, when you get through the course, there's a one on one mentorship with me. I want to see you on that. Okay? So this week, get through the course to get some of those coaching that you desperately need. Now, what I will say, if you choose to not to do that. Okay. Number two is, are you part of the New Jersey Facebook group?
Yes.
Okay, so we have Kathy Vidal and Dave vitally. And then get on the one on one with me next week. Let me talk to the girlfriend. What was your name again?
Abby Avalon. The one that.
Oh, girl. You were trying to get on, girl. Okay. Okay, cool. So I'm gonna talk to you. Okay, so you are 25 signings in. I need you to receive what I'm about to tell you. All right?
Yeah, she's. Yes, I actually have messaged her.
Okay. And so, you know, they're. They're making $20,000 a month in New Jersey. So the number two thing I'd recommend is, you know, if you've messaged her, treat her like a client. Where you might want to follow up with her again. Does that make sense? So, but you know, again, Kathy can't give you the. You are ready for direct business.
I started direct business Mark, and since then I've just been figuring it.
Good. I love it. First, I hope everyone's inspired. Less than 25 signings in, she's getting direct. Here's what I need. Training that the six figure membership can. Right. So Amira, become a student again.
Okay?
That is my biggest goal for you. Like from you. Then, okay, I need you to put the pedal to the metal while your girl to the right of you is studying and you're out of the picture. You need to be going, dropping off care packages and introducing yourself. Use the script like you, the momentum creates momentum. The problem that most new business owners have is they let the momentum die. Obviously what I've taught you has gotten you this point. Right? I need you to get back into being a student and get back into understanding that, you know, the most successful people are the best students. It's like they had just had a big win. Instead of parlaying that one win into 14 wins, they decided they kind of sit back and start drinking the rose before the business or whatever is built. Right? So I want you to really say, look, it's working like I'm building my business. So every single day you should be going into a new title. And we have students making $20,000 a month who still are in that group because they understand the education is such an important part of any business that doesn't matter what business you're in. So get in there. But look, new title company, okay? That's the goal. I want you to send for, have for yourself one new title company every day this week. You're, you're, you're good. You know what you're doing. So that's the goal I'm having few. Every day this week, one new title company. And then what you should be doing the next day is if you choose not to do it, I'm still here to help you. And so. But I think the best coaching is I have so many hours of videos on how to market through the pandemic that you just got to sit down following up with the title company you just went into. Okay? You can do that via email. Okay. So every day this week it's a, it's an ambitious goal, but I'm giving it to you because you're capable of this. Every day this week, one new title company. So the work kind of starts compounding itself. That's why this goal is ambitious. Become watch. Okay. But what I will tell you, even if you choose not to, I'm still here to help you because on day number three, you gotta follow up with someone from day number two, keep track of day number one. But I you're capable of it. I want you to build, you're capable of a $10,000 a month business. And so what I would tell you.
Going to do that actually today. And then I saw you were live.
So it was like Savvy and Bethany, both you guys are okay. What I need you to start believing that and I need the effort behind that belief. Okay? I love it, I love it, I love it. Okay. But here's what I'll tell you regardless of whether you do that or not right now is fortune is in the follow up. Okay? Be specific. When you're 25, men like you've been getting direct business. Here's my last goal for you, Abby, okay? And I hope Bethany's inspired. I want you to inspire Bethany of this greatness. So the closings you've already done okay that I want you to go back in and show gratitude to them, whatever that looks like to you, right? I mean, I don't know if you're marketing the companies. My best piece of advice is for anyone listening is you want some of those on the roads that I do with our students. But you know, we had a student out in North Carolina built makes scones for all of us, you know. But whatever that looks like to you, I want be very specific on who you're marketing to. So when you go to a company that say the doors are closed to the door. So okay, girl, I feel your energy. Your smile is beautiful. Like I need you to go all in on this business. Every title company, you know that Jennifer, John, Susan, Aaron are all escrow officers. You should be marketing directly to Jeff, Aaron, Susie or John. So when you do a follow up email, it needs to feel your energy. They need to see your smile. And you're not starting from scratch. You're like, look, I've been doing direct business. That is part of what you say on top of the script, right? You're like, I've been doing signings for this office across town or whatever, right? That's part of what you say. So they realize that you're not brand spanking news a John, I stopped by your office today. So you're having a conversation with okay. So I want you to ride this momentum. You are capable of greatness, both of you. I need you to inspire your girl baby. Okay. I want you to go build this business. Hold yourself accountable to one new title company a day while your girl Bethany is studying with no distraction. It's not a generic like oh, I'm just a notary. I'm not sure. Be intentful and intentions you're running around to one time. I didn't say five. Just one title company a day. Then you can report back to Bethany how it went. She could be your support system. You can encourage each other. But ladies, I'm expecting greatness out of both of you.
Thank you so much, Mark.
All right. And I want you both to expect greatness from your sentient with who you're marketing to. Does that make sense? And so the follow ups become easier whether it's digitally or in person because you're trying to create a one on oneself. Okay. I can want it, but I can't want it more than you. Okay. Relationship. But if you're just like oh I'm a notary, stop by the office or just kind of like, well, you're not hating. So proud of both you. Thank you for jumping on. Tell me in the Facebook group, Abby how it's going out there and let me know there's any objections or anything you want me to help coach you on and I'll see both of you on here next week. Sound good?
Yeah.
All right, go get giving me any of the relationship building steps that I need and that starts with reach out. Let's go. All right, now to someone specific. Does that make sense? So I'm going to end with this just because we're getting really back. I hope everyone's in. What an amazing session today. We have brand new notary public loan signing agents going direct right out of the gate. If they can do it, you can do it too. I hope you guys enjoyed goal setting Mondays with a loan signing system. I'm out of here. Be production is be intentful and intentional with who you're marketing to find out names. Let's go. Get up and remember, I believe in you, but I just can't believe in you more than you believe in yourself. Let's go. Before you go in a market, just do a little bit of front end research. So when you're doing your back. Have a phenomenal week, everybody. Bye. I can follow up. It looks like you're following up which you should be directly to John, Susie, Erica, who whoever. It's not like oh, I'm a notary. Just stopped by. It's hey John, I stopped by to see you specifically. Does that make sense? So when you're marketing, be very specific with who you're targeting. And the emails and the personal follow ups are like, to John, that's just relationship, one on one. So John feels like, oh, I missed you. Thank you for trying to follow up with me. And not like, hey, I'm a notary. Stop by yesterday, you lose the connection. That is the loan signing system way. Does that make sense? Yes.
So my question is, if I reach out to someone already, I spoke with them and I gave them all my credentials, what would you say is like a good email follow up if they're not in this specific area?
Yeah, that I would. The best follow up is just letting them know that you're available if they need you. The second best follow up and just cut and paste parts of the script. Remember, let's just say. Let's just say, for instance, someone's trying to sell you a car. And all they said is like, hey, Amira, we have a car sitting for you. Amer, the car's waiting for you. Amir, the car is waiting for you. Versus, versus a mirror. Remember, this car gets 45 miles to a gallon. I know you're a notary. How much would 45 miles a gallon change your business? See, the follow up is very specific. Does that make sense? And so that's why it's so important to have the script in there. Remind them specifically of why they should use you. Not just, oh, I'm a notary. That's like saying, oh, here's a car that you looked at last weekend. Does that make sense? So that's what the script is? That's what the script is. Okay, so I can't give the script away, obviously.
No, no.
Okay. But yeah, just use the script to, to, to grip. Build that credibility on why they should be using you. Fair enough. So get back in that six figure group, girl. You can contact me too in that six figure group. So get back in there and let's start getting back on the live trainings every single week so we can get you from Plateau and. All right, Amira, keep crushing it. So proud of you. Remember, the best and the most successful people are the best. Students never stop learning, girl. I'll see you in the six figure group. Okay? All right.
Thank you so much.
You. You're welcome. Bye. All right, who. All right, I got time for one more person to jump on Abalone. Let me get you on right now. Okay. Every month. Oh, thank you so much, o'. Connor. I love it. I love it. Okay, who Else wants to jump. I got time for one more person. If you're brand new to this, welcome to goal setting Monday with the loan signing system where I jump on and try to help set goals for you for the following week so you can build the business I know you're capable of so you can achieve the greatness I know that's in you. Is there anybody else? And if you're a little too shy to jump on, put your goals in the comment section below. Talk about your goals, hold yourself accountable. Is there anybody else? I'm gonna try Avalon one more time. I'm so excited to be jumping on here with all of you guys. All right, one more person wants to jump on. Try Bethany. Bethany, jump on with me. I got time for one more. So I love being here every single Monday with you, helping you grow a business, helping you hold accountable to your goals. All right, Bethany, are you there? Let's try that one more time. All right, so while we're waiting for Bethany, you know, part of being a notary public loan signing agent, remember, efforts equal signings. See a lot of people jump into business because they like the text message system of the business. They're like, oh my gosh, I don't need to do anything and I can just live by the appointment and I can get a text message and I can make $100 for appointment takes an hour. So many people get in the business because of that, not because they want to go into title companies or realtors or talk to lenders. So if you are, if you're okay with stepping outside of your comfort zone, there's so much business on the other side. That's why I want to try to coach you on right now. If I can get you to remember why you chose to build this business, if I can get you to remember how great you are, you will understand. Like Jedediah said, there is nobody marketing to realtors because most notary public loan signing agents don't get into this business to create a six figure business. Most notary public loan signing agents don't get into this business to create a $5,000 a month part time business. Most notary public loan signing agents want to do two or three signings a week and that's it. So if you are like Mark, I see it, I see the potential, I see the income, revenue opportunity, I see the way to help other people. I see the way to build my business around my schedule. If you see that this business is wide open, man. So it looks like I can't get anybody Else on. I'm gonna try one more time. To Bethany and Avion Avalon. But look, remember, most signing agents like to live inside their comfort zone. What makes it. Oh, what up? We got her. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. How are we doing, ladies?
That's crazy, Mark. I'm Bethany and this is Abby. And we've both been trying to get in.
I love it. I love it, ladies. Well, first off, your energy is contagious.
Like, I want to.
Like. I love it. You're smiling. I am so, so excited to have you both on. So where do we start? Where are you ladies from? And talk to me.
We're in Central California, the Fresno area.
Love it, love it, love it. By the way, I'm working on a Central California FB group because I know Northern California, Southern California, but Central California needs their own. So nonetheless, ladies, where are we at in our journey? What are some goals? I know Central California, we got a lot of really big hitters out there. Katie Casanova, Elena San Sanders. They're 20,000amonth plus signing agents. So reach out to them, get to know them. But. Okay, talk to me.
Okay, well, interesting. So I discovered the course first last October and told my good friend Abby about it. And actually she's beat me to the punch. She's already done what about 20 signings? Almost 225.
Everybody, let's give her a round of applause.
Fear get in the way and kind of lagged. I actually took the next. I took two weeks off my full time job starting today. And she's here to kick my butt. And we are doing my first signing. Hopefully tonight it's gonna happen.
Yes.
Yeah.
Pick her butt. You have. I'm, I am, I am doubling down on that. So first. And then they just let me talk. Okay. They say like this. So I want you, Bethany, to, to focus on bite size chunks of getting through the course. So I love that you did this for two weeks. I mean, you took two weeks off. I coached someone earlier on how, you know, sometimes you get like overload of the brain and we can only retain so much. So what I want you to do is get into the course and do like two hours a day, maybe three, while you're letting everything else digest. I love your girlfriend to do some mock signings with you. You, she's done 20 to 25, so just kind of show her the process. I don't necessarily want you feeding the brain more because we can only retain so much information. One of the biggest new students make is brain overload, which is like real, right? So I want you to go in the course of two to three hours. Your girlfriend's out of the room. It's you in the course. It's me and you, girl. Mono. We mono. When you're done, step out and do some mock signings with your. With your. With her, just so she can kind of show you the process. Okay? I want you to do that through the end of the week. This time next week, Bethany, I want to be on the one on one with you in the course. When you get through the course, there's a one on one mentorship with me. I want to see you on that. Okay? So this week, get through the course systematically and then get on the one on one with me. Next week, let me talk to the girlfriend. What's your name again?
Abby Avalon. The one.
Oh, girl. You were trying to get on, girl. Okay. Okay, cool. So I'm gonna talk to you. Okay, so you are 25 signings in. I need you to receive what I'm about to tell you. All right? You are ready for direct business.
I started direct business, Mark, and since then I've just been figuring.
Good. I love it. First, I hope everyone's Inspired. Less than 25 signings in. She's getting direct. Here's what I need from you then. Okay? I need you to put the pedal to the metal while your girl to the right of you is studying and you're out of the picture, you need to be going, dropping off care packages and introducing yourself. Use the script like you. The momentum creates momentum. The problem that most new business owners have is they let the momentum die. It's like they had this. Had a big win. Instead of parlaying that one win into 14 wins, they said they kind of sit back and start drinking the rose before the business or whatever is built, Right? So I want you to really say, look, it's working like I'm building my business. So every single day, you should be going into a new title, a new title company. Okay? That's the goal. I want you to send for. Have for yourself one new title company every day this week. You're. You're good. You know what you're doing. So that's the goal I'm having few every day this week, one new title company. And then what you should be doing the next day is following up with the title company you just went into. Okay? And you can do that via email. Okay? So every day this week, it's. It's an ambitious goal, but I'm giving it to you because you're capable of this. Every day this week, one new title Company. So the work kind of starts compounding itself. That's why this goal was ambitious, because.
