Thank you for taking the time out of your day, investing into your education. Every single Monday, I try to jump on these lives. Help notary public loan signing agents from across America build a notary public loan signing agent business. Hello, my man.
How you doing?
How are you doing, man?
I'm doing good.
All right, everybody, your name, where you're from, let's have a conversation. Yeah.
Omar Preacher. Right now, I'm living in Philadelphia.
All right, man. It was a tough year for the Eagles and my Niners.
No Eagles fan here, so I'm okay.
Good. All right, talk to me, man. We're gonna go through business.
All right, so my lady and I, we literally just got certified. Everything in Pennsylvania, every single thing is done. So we're like, literally one week into this, and we're just trying to figure. We're signing up for different free listings. Like, signing it. We went through nna, so we're on signing agent. We did Snapdocs.
Love it.
Notary Rotary, the free ones. So now we're just trying to get advice on how we need to, you know, start getting those calls for the signing.
Yeah, I mean, look, so are you. Are you a loan signing system student, you said? Are you one of my students? I just want to see where the. Oh, no, no, no, no.
I haven't yet.
No. No worries. I'm gonna give you all the ins and outs of everything you asked for. Let me give you some of my best coaching, though, okay? The best thing, you can pay for someone else's experience. I'm not even saying you should take my course. There are so many amazing signing agent trainers out there. But do you have any children, Omar? Okay. Okay, cool. So one of your kids want to play basketball, what's the first thing you got? Okay, so what's the crazy part? But when we're adults and we want to enter something new, it's not our first thing to find a trainer. It's. It's weird. It's. And we'll do it for our kids. It doesn't. If our kids trying to play softball, it's like, oh, I'm getting you a softball coach. But yet we're trying to figure out how to do a business, and it's not our first inclination. So I'm trying to help you change that. I'm not even trying to pitch. You would take my course. What I am trying to pitch you on is find someone who's been where you want to go and ask them how they got there. Okay? So again, I'm not trying to tell you to take my course. There are so many amazing signing agent trainers out there. I'm going to give you some information right now, everything you need to do, but you're still not going to really know how to execute. And that's the problem. Then you're going to be. You and your wife are going to be do things the wrong way and then blame it on the market when you just didn't get the proper education. Okay? So again, I'm not even trying to tell you, take my course, bro. Just find someone you connect with and be like, hey, how did you. How do you approach realtors? How do you approach lenders? How do you call a signing service up? So here's what you do. You ready or you're actually one step too far. Remember, if you're only a week into the industry, remember what they're hiring you for, Omar. They're hiring you and your wife to execute a reverse mortgage closing, to execute a home equity line of credit, to execute a seller package. If you don't know what those are, imagine if you get an order and they're like, omar, you need to do a reverse mortgage. And you're just like, what is the. What question should I expect at the closing? So what you're trying to do is run a marathon, but not practice a 5K. So a lot of students like Mark, where to put my name? I'm like, well, where you put your name is not relative. If you can't execute the job you're being hired for. And then remember, I don't know if this. You know this. But there's a review system. So if they hire Omar and you bomb, every other signing service knows you bombed and now you don't get any more business. And then you think it's the interest rates on why you're not getting business. You think it's slow and really a signing service gave you a bad review and everyone reads it. And now you're like, yo, how come I'm getting any phone calls? It's because you didn't take the training to execute the appointment. Does that make sense?
Yes.
Because a lot of uneducated notaries will do one or two closings and then they'll go on to the all the Facebook groups or the Internet. Be like, it's slow to get any more business, not realizing they messed up on the first two closings. The first, the signing service owners write notes on everybody and they didn't get closings not because it's slow, but because they didn't take the training on how to execute a reverse closing. How to execute a home equity credit. So I actually think you are one step too far. But I'm still going to give you the information you look for. But I would be doing you an injustice. Be like, put your name here, here, here. You bomb on a reverse closing and you don't even know what a reverse mortgage is. And you're like, how come there's two notes in a reverse closing package? How come there's two mortgages? And well, this reverse mortgage doesn't need a second note. I'm. It needs a second note. But you didn't take that training. So the first thing I would tell you to do is learn the five signings that you're going to see out there. Write this down if you don't know, but you're going to see a reverse mortgage. You're going to see a home equity line of credit. You'll see a seller package. What that is, is when someone sells a home, they need paperwork executed. That's a seller package. Then you need to do reverse. I mean a refinance, excuse me, and a purchase. So those are the five. So if you have, no, if you've never seen a heloc, that is one of the most popular programs out right now is people taking out equity on their home. And so putting your name in notary rotary is pointless if you can't execute a seller package. Does that make sense? So those are the five things you got to learn. Okay? The second thing you got to learn, there's actually two more steps. The second thing is the biggest databases. So you ready? Snapdocs, you got notary rotary, you got, you want to be on notary dash. Okay? Signing order, notary dash. You always can DM me after this.
Okay, no worries.
Signing order, notary dash. And the fifth one is notary Cafe. Those are the big five. Okay? Snapdocs, Notary Rotary, Notary Cafe, signing order, Notary Dash. You're on those five. You'll get 70% of opportunities in your area. There's a handful of other ones, but that's wasting your time. But remember, when you work for a signing service, you are still only working for 60% of the fee. So in my opinion, Omar, you, you were brave enough to jump on this live in front of hundreds of other notaries that you got what it takes to have conversations. So you got to learn what to say to remember so that. So the where the way you can get business directly is from realtors, lenders and title companies. Okay? Those three can give you business if you get it yourself, you don't need to share the fee with anybody, man. Does that make sense? So, like, you've got to learn not only a lot of rookie signing agents, like, oh, teach me the database. And I'm like, cool, you're still working for the middleman. Like, I. My course is not about teaching people how to work for the middleman. You need to work for the man so you and your wife can really have the freedom in the business and make the same amount of money for this. Make double the money for the same amount of work. Because whether you do a signing for a signing service or local realtor, it's still an hour. The difference is one of them is going to pay you 90 bucks and one's going to pay you 175. Right. You then got to learn how to work a networking event. Right? So when you go to networking events in Philly, which I guarantee there are a ton of them, you got to learn how to work a networking event so you can get referrals to the title companies.
Gotcha. So would you suggest, I know a few family members been suggesting business cards. Would you suggest that?
Kind of. Okay, here's why. And if you took a training course, my biggest implore, I implore you to take a course. And it's not even my course. There are so many great trainers. But take a course. So you were in the beginning of a business journey. You're actually not in the business card handing out. You're in the business card collecting phase. So in the beginning, because here's the truth, you're a new notary. And if you took my course, I teach you this. But your new notary, there's going to be a little bit lack of confidence in the realtor. So you shouldn't expect the realtor to follow up with you. You need to follow up with the realtor. And so I get a lot of new students who are all like gung ho about, you know, websites and business cards. I'm like, look, dude, when you're new at something, you are the best way to sell your business. You just got to learn how to do that. And so the best way is to be in the business collecting industry, not in the business card giving out business. Does that make sense? But yeah, I mean, look, should you have a business card? No more 100%, dude. But remember, like, you're new at this. And so realtors can be like, okay, Omar, and they'll probably put in back of the Rolodex, you know what I mean? So you got to figure out how do I have those follow ups when the appropriate time to follow up, what do I say on those follow ups? And that's where, I mean, if I could tell you all in 10 minutes, I would have a course, right? So. But I hope I gave you enough background to hopefully help your next.
We've been following you since we started this journey, so we definitely are where she's listening to. So we definitely going to most likely take the course because that learning.
50% off sale today. Omar. What up, wifey? So I guess the President's Day, I have a one day sale, so if you guys want to do it, do it. But again, I don't want to make this a big pitch. I just want to, I just want to encourage you to find somebody because a lot of these things you like, you're just going to shorten your, your, your time of discouragement by learning from somebody else. But even if you don't take my course, make sure you get the five loan docs in your hand somehow sign up for the five big databases and then learn how to market yourself to the big three realtors, lenders, title companies. And I'll end with this. This is a real business. So just have expectations that there's going to be a learning curve. And you know, I don't try to tell anyone this is a get rich quick scheme. It's not. This is a real business. Every home where you live, a notary has to be on it. Your job is just to figure out how to offer a service better than the next notary. And you can either figure that on your own or let me try to help you on that journey or find someone.
Appreciate that.
Hey, man.
Hey.
Happy President's Day. And I know. Say bye to life before. Have a good one, man. Bye. What a good way to start off the conversation. Look for any newbies out there. The best thing I can tell you is the best thing you can invest in is somebody else's experience. I say that one more time. The best money you can spend as a new entrepreneur. And I don't care if you're a physical trainer, a massage therapist, an acupuncturist. Like you need to pay for someone else's experience. You need to shorten your learning curve so you can make money as quick as you can. That's all there is to it. What a good way. Let me go. Pretty tired. How's everybody doing?
Hey, Mark, how you doing?
How you doing?
I did not realize that I was requesting this. Now I better Learn social media a little bit better.
Let's go. Oh, girl, you got me on. So where are we at in our journey? Oh, first off, name, location and then where we end our journey.
Okay, so I am in. My name is Latonya Love. I am in the Dallas Fort Worth area.
Okay.
And right now I'm in the promoting part of my business.
Love it. So what are we doing to promote?
Okay, so what I did, what I'm doing is going to the lenders, realtors and title companies handing out my flyers and business cards, asking them for business. You know, I know that they already probably have a notary, but hey, if you got anything that is, you know, come up last minute, you got something that comes in that somebody can't make it. If you don't mind giving me a try. I've been in the mortgage industry for 23 years, so I know the importance of different documents being signed and being back on time. So that that's where I am on my journey.
So first off, it sounds like you are well on your way. Let me give you a little bit of coaching because that's what you're here for, right?
What I'm here for.
So look, at the end of the day, you, you let them know you're available. If their go to is not available, that is. That's number one. Okay. I love it. You want to continue with that mantra because at some point their go to note is going to get sick, go to vacation, have to go to basketball practice, whatever it is. So stay with that. However, this is what I want you to add to this, okay? People only care when they know how much you care. Right? So what I say that for is when you walk into the next time you do an escrow officer or realtor, but you need to add to your conversation isn't I want to service you, it is I want to help you grow your business. What can I do to help you get feed your family? I'm here trying to feed mine. So what can I do to help you feed yours? Yeah, and ideally, that's a rhetorical question. So if you're talking to a title officer, you're like, hey, it's me again. I just want to say hi, remind you that if your go to notary gets sick, I'm here. But look, I know you're trying to make some money for your family too. I know a couple realtors. Is there anything that I can do to connect you guys? There's any way I can help that synergy because I understand that you make Money from realtors. And I just want to figure out, you know, how can I move some pieces around to help you? Now the conversation's different. The first conversation who was me, me, me, me. Right. And sometimes that falls flat because they're like, well, sweet. You want to feed your family, but I want to feed mine too. So we can just solve that problem for. And it's not even actually solving it. It is communicating that. I get that this is bigger than right. Because once that happens, the walls come down. Because you're not like every other notary looking out for themselves.
No.
You're a notary who's like, look, I get that we're all trying to figure out how to feed our families. I get it. So how can I do that for you? And if you can really be that source, conversation changes. Make sure, you know, realtors like you. When you're trying to real. When you're trying to network with realtors, it's not just to get their business. So you create an arsenal of people that you can connect.
Right.
That makes sense. And so you're in the mortgage for 20 years. Right. Mortgage officers want realtors, too.
That's right.
Officers. Escrow companies want mortgage officers as connections. So how are you connecting people? That's my. That's my question that I need you to think about as you're promoting. Because all you're doing right now is saying how great you are.
Right.
Makes sense. Yes. Like, it's like, if all I do is. That makes sense. If all I do is like, oh, I'm Mark. I'm so awesome. You'd be like, well, Mark, stop talking. I'm over.
That's right.
But I'm. I'm really trying to bring value. And if this coaching call was, like, garbage, you'd be like, this is. You're a waste of my time. Like, I give you real value right now, even people are watching this who are not students. I want to give real value, and I'm saying that because I want to inspire you. That's how you got to get your business. Okay. It's not a. Do I want Omar as a student? Of course I do. Right. But I got to let Omar know that I'm more than just trying to get him as dude. I'm trying to bring real human value to him. And hopefully him and his wife are, like, cool. I get it. Mark, it's not just about you. It's about. You're trying to help others.
That's right.
I'm saying that not to pat myself on the Back. But I need you to do that with your clients.
Right?
Because the word promotion usually means showing off how good I am. I want you to be like a. Look, we're all trying to figure out ways to help our families grow. I would literally say this, by the way. This is what I used to say when I was speaking to a realtor at a networking event. I'm like, look, you are. How do I help you sell more houses? I'm a notary, so what can I do to help you sell more houses? Like, well, why would you say that? I'm like, well, because I know if I help you, then you'll want to help me. So let me just start with showing you the that I'm really in it for you. That was it. Like, that was my. When I go to a networking event, that's my conversation. Like, how do I help you sell more houses? And they're like, well, do you know any buyers? I'm like, no, but you know, is there an open house that I can help participate in the promotion of that? Do you want me to share your listing on my Instagram page? Like, what can I do in my little bubble that can help you? And even if you don't really help them, it's not about that. It's about that communication.
Communication, right.
I'm with it. What can I do? So add that to it. You got everything else on lock. I'm proud of you. But just remember, you got to make them know how much you care because they don't care until they know how much you care.
That's right. Okay, cool.
Well look, you got on. I opened up. Brian. That was valuable today.
It was as. I appreciate it. Thank you so much.
Go get them by. Wow, what a great conversation. So I hope everybody who's on right now, that resounded with you too often it's everyone's about me, me, me. It's about we, we, we. Does that make sense? Just make sure you understand that business is not a one way transaction. It is two. And when you can communicate that to whoever you are talking with, the conversation changes. They're expecting you to sell them on you. That's whenever you walk into a title company, they're expecting you to tell people how great you are and it's going to go in deaf ears. The loan signing system way is to make sure people you are trying to do business with understand that you understand that you want them to win. If you can do that, I'm telling you, everything changes, man. What's up girl?
Hello.
How Are you?
I'm good, I'm good.
It's a slow day at work today.
It is a holiday so I figured I'd jump on real quick and, and try to help some notice. So where are you at in our journey? Where are you from? And then where are you at your journey?
So I'm from Florida and I actually just at the end of January, I passed your certification exam.
How does that feel?
Oh, it feels so good, Mark. I feel so ready to take it on. And my fiance and I, we just got our LLC and everything. So what I kind of want to know from you. So we're trying to start this out as like a part time business to transition to full time. And for me in particular, I, I work full time in the beauty industry and also I am a full time master student as well. So I was wondering like, do you have any advice on how to manage the time and then second question to answer later.
So that's a great conversation. So when I tell you the first thing I want you to do is manage expectations. So a lot of times we start a new business, we start a weight loss program, or we were dating someone new, we're expecting 1 to 100. So what you told me is you, you got, you're in school, you've got another job and you're trying to build this. Really the first thing I tell you, just manage expectations. Because discouragement comes from unrealistic expectations. I see too many times students like, oh, Mark, I just got this in a month. How come I got three kids, I work full time, how come I'm not making money in the first 30 days? I'm like, well, because of everything else you just told me. So you know, my first conversation to you is just manage your expectations because discouragement kills more businesses than anything else. Okay? So just manage those expectations. Be like, man, Mark, I, you know, I got a lot of things on my plate. This is one of the large things on my plate. So I know that I can't compete with people who do this full time. I can't compete with people who are not in school and have a job. So my second thing is, remember, comparison is the thief of joy. So just stay your course. The comparison is what hurts the discour or equals the discouragement. So my point is, girl, I'm proud of you because you have a lot of balls in the air. I really am. Because people, what I love about you, and I'm gonna say this because my part time students actually make more money more quick than full time students. I Mean, because listen to this. You may or you are more efficient with your time. You're like, I only got five, five hours a week. So that five hours I'm gonna go all in. Or I get a full timer. Like, well, I'm gonna do 30 minutes here, 40 minutes there, and before you know it, the week is gone. They've barely even studied. So I love that you're so. I love that you have the ability to multitask. Okay, so those are my two big things. Now the thing I want to tell you is this. 75 notary public loan signing agents are part time. Literally, most notary public loan signing agents are not full time. They are just like you. They have a part time, they have a full time 9 to 5, and they try to do sweep into weekends. So the reason I share that is remember, 70% more or less of all signings are evenings and weekends. Okay? So you're in the right spot. You're good. Okay? So the only other thing is, the biggest coaching was getting your mindset right. It is now just be patient and remember, slow is speed. Do what's in the course. The course works for part timers. 70% of my students are part time. The only reason part timers kind of fade is because they have this unrealistic expectation they should be making 2,500 bucks a month in month number two. Like, you just got it slow as a speed. You got so much on your plate. You got studying, you got school, you have a fiance. I think you just said, like, you got so much on your plate. So just slow as a speed. Remember, just do everything that's in the course as you see it. Sign up with the, the databases, call the signing services when you can. Look, there's going to be some students who blow through that signing service list. You're going to do it very methodically. So just do what's in the course. And remember that you know it's going to happen, but it's going to be a little bit slower. Give so much on your plate. So manage your expectations. Remember, the algorithms know you're new. So the way you combat that is by picking up the phone when you get a notification and be like, hey, this is Chris. I know you see zero signings, but I have to. You got to do all the things that are in the course. So just manage the expectations, stay the course. Don't let comparison get to you, because it happens to all of us. But I mean, look, I know you're in a crush. This business, you're. You're able to multitask like you're communicating. Just do what's in the course, stay consistent, be thorough, and just remember, most signings are evenings and weekends. So if you're going getting on this call with me, you're like a Mark. I'm full time. I would still tell you that most signings are evenings and weekends. So that's just. It's an evenings and weekends business, which is perfect for what you're trying to figure out. So say the course slow as a speed. And I'm here if you need anything, man.
Thank you so much, Mark.
Oh, man, what a good day. I hope a lot of you really took to heart what I just said. Slow is a speed. And I love Dean. Slow is the fastest way to get where you want to be. That is the best quote, Dean. Oh, that's my girl. That is my girl. D Money. How are we doing?
What's up, Mark? Bling. Afternoon, everybody. I am. I like what you said to the young lady about that. Says she's been in the business for 23 years. Because I am also like the young lady that was just on. I am multitasking a lot. I'm also in college with also I do the medical installer and I normally do those. And another. I had another company pick. Pick me up for field inspector. I've been like getting like crazy emails. So I've been responding to them all and I pick it up. One thing I love about your program, and I will forever say this, you are forever, always there. I can always go back and look at my mentorship. I think I can go back to. I think my biggest issue, like, I can't really dedicate a day to do direct marketing. But I told you, that is. That's like my number one.
So here's my coaching is I don't like the word I don't have time. Okay? And here's why. Okay. Don you have any kids?
Oh, they grown.
Okay, so when you had kids, did you. No matter how busy you were, did you ever forget to pick them up from school or from practice?
Yeah.
But the point I'm trying to make is this is when something's a priority, you make time. So, okay, someone says I don't have time. No, that's not true. Let's just say what it is. You don't. You don't want to make priority for it, which is fine. But my job for you, to call you out on what you're really saying. Right. My job is to be your cheerleader, but also be your coach. And so when somebody tells me I don't have enough time, like that's not true. You're just, you just don't feel like your business is a priority, which is okay, but let's just call a spade a spade. So if you don't have time to market, you're, you're, what you're really saying is I don't have priority of trying to get business that makes me free of the signing service. That's what you're really saying. Which again is okay. But I ask you like when you are, when we have 45 balls in the air, at some point you've got to ask yourself what do I prioritize of the balls? But by the way, field inspections, if that's lucrative, you should maybe stick with that. I'm not telling you that you need to put being a notary public loan signing agent direct as number one. What I am telling you as your coaches, look at all the balls in the air and really ask yourself what are the 2 max 3 that are the most important? And just make time for those two or three. Don't make time for four or five because all the businesses are suffering, not just one, they're all suffering. It is impossible to be great at anything if you have, you're doing five different things. Impossible. It's impossible to scale a field inspection business, your medical business, your signing agent business, if you're have five balls in the air, just impossible. Well, just what I got.
You know the, the medical installer is just like a filler and I'm g tell you why, because you, you know, when you're a notary we get paid net 30, next 60, net 90.
So that, that, but that, that's only.
If you want to sign this service.
Thank you. Thank you.
Clean that up right in so that like keeps money in my pocket, gas in the car. Right. But what I have been doing recently is like when I have spare time, like I already have folders made up and they got all my information in it. I'm trying to get to the gift bag thing. Like I, I'm good. Like, yeah, here's a five dollar wild card. Like I take time and I purchase like I spent like $40 on buying wild wild cards and pay $5 on each one. But. And then when I have free time I, I type in, I have a list of notary title companies.
Here is the best. I'm not very, believe it or not, I'm not pro spending money. However, if you are on marketing on you know, I always think whatever you can do from the heart is the best thing. But here's the best hack. The best thing that you can give anybody as like a leave behind if you want to do a form of gratitude is literally a $1 scratcher. They love it. And that is more powerful than a Starbucks gift card. That is more powerful than a door dash. It's cuter, it's funnier. And literally they get, oh my God, I want $800. Like they get excited about. So the little hack, if you're going to spend money would be on a lotto card lottery scratcher. A buck. I mean, I mean super inexpensive. Right?
I know why. Gift cards for the gatekeepers.
Yes. I mean, but a $1 thing would do the same thing though.
My point is, okay, I'm gonna start doing it and you can make something.
Cute like I want to get lucky today. And you know, like that could be okay. I'm trying to get lucky and talk to somebody here about my business that you can, you can make it as cute as you want to be. You know what I mean? Yeah.
Because March is coming up.
That's right. That's right. And so I'm going to end with this with you. D is I really think you got to have a question of where you see. Let me say like this, I think you have to have a question to yourself, conversation of like, what of my money making opportunities do I, what I do. I feel like I'm the best at. Let me, let me say, let me stop on that point. A lot of people think the way to make money is doing something you're passionate about. I actually think it's not good advice. You make money, usually you should lean into whatever you're good at, not what you're passionate about. So if you're more passionate about being notaries but you're better at field inspector, I would actually tell you to lean in field inspection. So I want to make sure everybody heard what I just said there. You need to lean into whatever you feel you're the best at, not what you're the most passionate about or what is the most fun to you. So you need to sit yourself. Oh, all these things I'm doing for income. What. What are the one I'm the best at? And whatever that is, you give that the biggest priority and just know that you're gonna take a little bit of hit and the two or number two or number three, but without leaning into kind of one of them, you're doing all three or four. An injustice. Maybe it's the medical Installer. I don't know. But that's the conversation you need to have. Like, what am I the best at of all the ways I'm making money right now? And then just lean into that more. And by the way, I didn't say take field inspections off the plate. I didn't say take. They said just lean into it and make it a priority. Does that coach. She makes sense. Yeah. All right, well, I'm gonna end with this. Girl, I love you. I mean, with you, the way you inspire the group, you keep posting, keep doing it, but most importantly, have a moment yourself. What am I best at? What am I? Where I can make the most money is to lean all into that. Okay. Okay. Get up.
Thank you.
Let's go. Bye. Oh, my God, what a good conversation. Look, what I love about you. Yes, you as you're an entrepreneur, right? What do I love about entrepreneurs? We love opportunity. Sometimes that is also a curse because we're always chasing the next shiny object. An entrepreneur's curse is building three wells that are half dug versus building one well that is as deep as it can get. We're like, oh, what's that? Oh, what's that? Oh, what's. I can do credit repair. Oh, I can do this. Oh, I can do field inspections. And then what happens is, is we get so, like, so many things are in our vision, and then all of a sudden it's like, oh, none of them are successful. Well, maybe none of them are successful is because you're focused on four things versus focusing on two things. Again, our sense of opportunity chasing is what makes us great. We're entrepreneurs. If we weren't, we'd be working for someone 9 to 5, right? But you're not. You're an entrepreneur. So by default, we're always chasing opportunity. But you need to ask yourself, when is me chasing opportunity a detriment to my income? That's what you need to ask yourself. Because the truth is, if you're doing, you're digging three holes, but they're only 2ft deep versus digging one hole that is 20ft deep. Well, that's the reason your business isn't scaling. So if you're out there running multiple things right now, right, Multiple opportunities, I'd ask myself what I just told Don't. What are you the best at? Whatever you're the best at is where you need to keep digging as deep as you can. That is what you have to do. Remember, I didn't say what you're most passionate about. Following your passion usually leads you to Being broke. Just going to say that out loud. Following what you're good at and what you're great at leads to abundance. And then the abundance allows you to work on whatever you're passionate about. I hope that landed for you. Right now let me say that one more time. You need to focus on what you're good at, not what you're passionate about. People who follow their passions are always broke. It's just the truth. Maybe 10% make it. You need to follow what you're good at. If you're doing two or three other things right now, you have to remember you're doing the shiny object syndrome. The biggest curse of an entrepreneur is we're chasing our tail. We're always like, we want the next best thing. We want the next best thing, right? Well, this business isn't making that much money. So I'm jumping to the next business. Well, the business you just jump from is not making that much money because you didn't dig deep. And you gave this business six months. And you're like, well, how come I'm making $10,000 a month in six months? Well, because you need to give this business a year. Remember, the largest, the biggest problem entrepreneurs have is we're always chasing opportunity. Always. You gotta stop and be like, I gotta give this thing a year. I gotta give this thing 90 days of my hardest effort. Because the reason none of your businesses are gonna scale is because you didn't put mass effort into one idea for 12 months. I did not get my. I did not break 100 students for two years and loan signing system. Two years it took me to get to 100. Imagine if I would have quit. I only had about 50 students my first year in the business. But I knew as an entrepreneur, I had to dig deep. And then I hit my moment of hockey stick growth. About two years in. Some of you guys are eight months in. They're like, well, Mark, I'm not making $10,000 a month. Well, you're only eight months in the business. You got to understand the value of digging deep. So whatever you are good at, my suggestion is dig deep. Stop having four holes that are two feet deep. Have one hole that is 20ft deep and see how much money you make. Let me say this on the way out, and I say it every single time. I'm gonna say it every single time from the future is, I believe in you so much. But why do I believe in you so much? Because I, I know how hard it is to make the decision to be an entrepreneur. I know how many naysayers you had to go around? I know that you doubted yourself, but you chose to be an entrepreneur. So when I say I believe in you, it's not some mumbo jumbo. When I say that, Forrester, you realize how great you are. We are all great. Did you know 90% of America works? I know how many naysayers you had to go around. I know that you doubted yourself, but you chose to be an entrepreneur. So when I say I believe in you, it's not some mumbo jumbo what I say that for. So you realize how great you are. We are all great. Did you know 90% of America works for 10%? Yes, 90%. Only 10% of people are willing to be entrepreneurs. So you are great. You are a risk taker. You are courageous. So the next time you feel a little self doubt, remember you're an entrepreneur. We bet on ourselves. We gamble on ourselves. 90% of America lives in a comfort zone. Not you. So keep growing. Keep pushing yourself outside that comfort zone. I believe you. But I just can't believe in you more than you believe in yourself. Let's go. I'm out of here. Everybody be blessed. Have a good rest of your day.
