So I tell my wife, I was like, okay, I want to give this. I want to give this, like, epic closing remarks. And I'm just so honored and humbled that everybody's here. And, you know, I want to make. I want to. I want to give this speech like Gary Vee and get like a million hits on YouTube. And it's like, I'm like, Gary Vee, right? But the problem is motivation is fleeting. The moment you turn Gary Vee off, you're not that juiced anymore. The moment you go back home, you're like, eh. Then you turn on Gary Vee again, you're like, ugh. So it's like, I'm not going to talk about motivation because I can't be in your ear all the time. Unless you have the course on. Okay, I can't be in your ear all the time, or Gary Vee can't be in your ear. Grant Cardone can't be in your ear, whoever you love. Because motivation is fleeting. Why is motivation fleeting? Because our bodies, Evolution has literally designed our bodies to respond to fear. That's a fact. Whether, you know, our bodies say, don't touch the fire because it's hot. Our bodies are designed to protect us. So the moment our body has fear, we sweat pulse. Our body doesn't realize if it's fear because you're scared to talk to somebody, or it's fear because you're on the edge of a cliff. Your body just knows it's fear. So if you're. If our bodies are designed of millions and years or whatever, right? We're designed for fear. The question is, how do we overcome fear? The question isn't, you know, how motivated can I get? It's, you know, how do we stop our bodies from doing something that's designed to do? Because the only way we're going to get where we want to go is we take one step past fear. And if you're a notary public, loan signing system student, you know, that's what I tell you. Success is one step outside your comfort zone. So let's talk about how can we get one step outside our comfort zone. I don't know. But what I do know is that every single day we tell our bodies to stop doing something that we want to do. How many people have been late to a signing and literally want to travel 90 miles per hour to get there? Right? But what we. But we don't. But we don't. Okay, maybe you want to go 100, but you don't. At some point, you tell Your body I'm not going to go. 100. I'm not going to do. Even though your body tells you you're late, you're late, you're late, you're mad, you're upset, and you want to go, but you tell your body last night at cocktail hour, maybe you want to have like four more drinks, right? But you're like, I gotta live. Some of you guys had them. But at some point in the night, for some of us, I know some people end up in pb. Nicely done, by the way. We said no, right? We told our bodies no. So while our bodies are inherently here to hold fear, we still have the ability to tell our bodies shut up. And we do it every single day. You know, sometimes I want a fifth. Pizza. Pizza. You tell your body no. We have the ability to tell our body no. So what you need to do is start learning how to become aware when your body's telling you no, and you tell your body to shut up. That's the skill set you need to learn. And the best part is you already have that skill set. Now it's just recognizing, okay, my body's fear, I'm sweating, I'm pulsing, whatever it is. Because you're not going to talk to an escrow officer. You just got to tell your body, yo, good looking out, but shut up. We do it every single day. So if we do it every single day, and like I told you guys, if you're in the six Figure notary public loan signing agent group, you have to learn self discipline. Self discipline is the key to success. Whether it's taking action and convince yourself to go to the gym every single day, whether it's convincing yourself to eat your veggies every single day, whatever it is, it's just self discipline. We have self discipline. It can be taught. Self discipline can be. So the next time you hear your voice in your head and you get the sweats and you get the nerves, like, look, your body's doing what it's designed to do and you have to tell it to shut up. That is it. So the next time you look, thinking about going to talk to an open house, and you're like, oh, my God. Open house. The open house. What do I say? What do I say? I. That's the moment. It's called becoming meta to something is what it's called. That's why if you go to AA meetings, the first thing you say is, I'm an alcoholic. It's because you're meta to the problem. You understand what the issue Is so the next time you're scared to go talk to the real estate agent, or you're scared to go talk to the mortgage officer, or you're timid about accepting into the open house, just, okay, cool, I get it. I get what's going on. Just like you get you want another drink. There's literally a moment in your head where you're like, okay, I want another drink. And then there's a moment in your head you're like, you know, I'm good. So that same moment needs to occur before you're scared to walk into an escrow office. Does that make sense? And so every single time this happens, you just got to talk to yourself. Just like we do on a daily basis. We tell ourselves, no, we're not going to have another piece of pizza. We're going to go to the gym, even though we don't want to go to the gym. So the ability is innate. We already have it. Now what we have to do is the next time we're scared to go inside a escrow office or a mortgage office, be meta to the problem. Like, I get it, buddy. I totally. I get it. I get it. I get it. Take five deep breaths like I taught you guys in the mentorship group. I think some people aren't mentorship students, but taking five deep breaths calms down your nervous system. It's proven by science. Post traumatic stress disorder. Did I say that right? Ptsd. The best thing they teach these, these soldiers who come back with PTSD is to take five deep breaths. That's a fact. Google it. It's better than any medicine they can give. It's better than any drugs they can give it. Take five calms your nervous system down. So the next time you feel your body doing what it's supposed to do, it is awesome. We feel fear. You just, you take your five deep breaths, calm your nervous system down, and say, we're going to do this. You take that step right out of your comfort zone, and we're going to go make some money this coming year. Is that. Yes. There we go. There we go. So what I want to talk about next is the fact that now we know, we understand that we got to be met into a problem, and we're all scared. What we also have to do is stop realizing everything's not being built overnight. The problem with society is, you know, we make a. We post a picture on Instagram and we check our phone 15 times because we want likes, right? If you're single, you swipe right to get a Date like what? I'd ask my wife out three times, and all you gotta do is swipe by to get a date. But that is what is innate in our society. So we have to somehow understand that business isn't built like that. So while your romantic life could be your business, life isn't. Life isn't the business. There's no such thing as overnight success. Gary Vee says it. Grant Cardone says it. For every overnight success story, there's a million. No overnight success stories, but there's still the success. Look at Roman and I. We tried to build this thing for the last 18 months. It wasn't overnight. This moment here wasn't overnight. It took 18 months. It took six months to convince people I wasn't a weirdo. Okay. Thank you. Fair enough. Fair enough, fair enough, fair enough, fair enough, fair enough. So what we got to understand is that we're not in a quick society. So why do I have Jenga up here? Because, in my opinion, you build your business like you play Jenga. Not only calculated, but patience. All you focus on in Jenga is one block. Before I push this block, I'm not even thinking whether this thing's going to fall down or when, right? It's one block. I put one. All my energy and focus in one. Like, literally one block, right? You're playing Jenga. We've all played Jenga. It's one block, right? We push it out. We walk around. And we were about. No other block here. We were about one block. That's how you build your business. One escrow. Officer, you're not going to win Jenga with one block, right? You're not going to win Django and block. You're not going to build your business overnight. I apologize if you think you are, but if you. All you do is every day you focus on a different block. You know, some of these blocks don't move. You still don't, like, get mad. Oh, I almost should have done that. You still don't get mad. You still don't get mad. And you quit playing Jenga. Most of us don't. I'm sure there are some people. But we still focus on one block. We keep trying to find which one is it, which one. And this is like your real estate agent. Oh, there's one, right? You just keep moving and you're patient. No one gets mad. So don't get mad at your business. Every block. I just want you to think the next time you're getting frustrated that I'm not at six figures. I haven't got a real estate agent yet. I haven't got an escrow officer yet. I haven't got a real estate agent yet. It's just one block of Jenga, right? It's just one block. And you put all your energy like literally right now I'm like, not even lying, my focus like this, not falling in my head, looking like an idiot. So all my energy and focus is this. And at the end of the day, I got an escrow officer. That's all you have to do. Every single day. Your business is like Jenga. Every single day you're moving one block or at the minimum, you're attempting a block that doesn't move. And when you get a block that moves, we're on our way to building six figures. Every single day you need to build one block and you only focus on block. I want you to think about Jenga. The next time you think about your business. I'm tell, you get down, you get upset. And I mean, I have emails and emails. Well, Mark, I only have one escrow office using, I have one signing service using me. And I'm like, look, the game is a long term play. We know the business is there after this weekend, right? Even before this weekend, we knew that millions and millions and millions of homes closed and we only need 13 of them a week to make six figures. Shoot, you need like six or seven. You're still making 80 grand a year, one block every single day. But the key is understanding that you put all your focus on one block. And if all you do after one year or after this game of Jenga, you win. So your business is like one block of Jenga every single day. I want you to remember when you get frustrated and you get down, you're like, man, I can't do this. Just understand this is a long term play. And your goal is to push as many blocks as you can. Focus on each and every single block. And what we learned this weekend is how passionate people are. Whether it's Christian who, I mean, he oozes passion. Whether it's Stacy Riles who said she's like, beyond that, she lives and breathes escrow. Whether it's Terrence, who's involved in every single community thing, he lives and breathes real estate. You start living and breathing signing agents. We are going to make more money than 90% in the real estate industry. Christian makes more money than probably every single one of those real estate agents he talks to. Right? It's a fact. We have the opportunity to make so much money, we Learned so much this week. My goal for you guys is literally to feed your families, get your dreams. You can do it in the signing agent industry. You heard it from people today, there is zero doubt. You guys can absolutely crush it. Your game of business is like Jenga. That's all you got to remember. One block every single day. Don't worry about any other block. It's just like Jenga. Guys, I'm gonna say my final words. I know you guys know who bought the T shirts. Wrong day. Yesterday I had a T shirt on, okay? We donated for donations to kids. Me and my wife donate to that. Why? Because it's for foster families. Why do we donate? Because I was a foster kid, okay? I went foster home to foster home. I'm gonna get choked up, and I say it. But the fact is, the reason I tell you that is because we all have stories. We all have a story. Don't let your story hold you back. Gary Vee says, and I apologize if you don't like cussing, but the world doesn't give a shit. We all got stories. My story's not even worse or better than yours. My story isn't better or worse than anybody. But every single day, I give action. Every single day, I do something to change my family's life. Every single day, I focus on a block. So I tell you that to make you understand that we can be what we want to be if you just put the effort, man. If you're a loan signing system student, you know it's all about effort. You put effort, you put in effort every single day. You want to lose weight, go to the gym every day. If you want to make a lot of money, a notary public loan signing agent, go see a real estate agent every day. You want to be a central escrow office, you go to a real estate agent every single day. Life isn't what's happened to us. It's what we're doing right this moment. So with that being said, guys, I'm honored and blessed you are here. Thank you so much. I'm very thankful. I want every single one of you to go out and make a ton of money. Hopefully, we'll see you next year. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. One last thing. I'd like the big group picture. And then number. And then number two, last thing. When you come up on every single one of these blocks, I wrote, stay relentless by hand. And I want to give you every single one of these. I want you to put this on your office. I want you to put in your car. And I want you to think about Jenga on your block. And I want you to think about stay relentless. Stay relentless. That's how you build your business and you change your life. Stay relentless. Come up front, please. So I get a big group picture and then get your blocks. If you'd like a block. My wife's like. My wife's like, oh, so you're gonna write on those? And I'm like, yes, I'm gonna write on those. Okay. Okay, You. Thank you. And that's like that loan signing system. Stay relentless as we know. Okay. You're so welcome. I appreciate you, brother. Appreciate you, brother. Please. Oh, dude, you're so welcome. Thank you. Go out, make money. Stay relentless. Crush it. Make money. You're gonna make. You guys gonna be so. You're so welcome. You're so welcome. So welcome. That.
