Chapters
I'm making this type of money in 30 minutes or less. Here's one of the checks. This was in a week. This is how much I was getting in a week. And then here's another one. There's 56 pages of these. The lowest one I got on this one was 110. The highest one I got on this page was 175. But I've gotten up to $200 per closing. Like, that's insane. There's nothing else out there, and it's so easy. Hi, my name is Constance Seals. I am from Dallas, Texas. When I first started doing loan signings, I actually was taking a break. I decided to take a break from my professional career. Right when I started getting into it, the company I was working for Covid hit. So at that point, I started to kind of pivot a little bit. Someone had told me about what loan signing was, but they never really gave me any guidance on it. So for me, I started, like, kind of scrambling. I started doing so. So much research, like, hours and hours of research, and I actually end up coming across Mark's information from a podcast. And that's how I actually got into it. And honestly, from there on, the rest is kind of like history actually changed my life in more ways than one. I was able to, first of all, have freedom. I wasn't punching the clock. I was able to get up when I wanted to take the closings, when I wanted to travel. I had the finances and the means to do that. I actually went through a divorce. So it saved me in more ways than one because my business allowed me to still have a purpose, to get up out of the bed when I didn't feel like it. It kept me going. And so, I mean, honestly, all I could do is say, thank you so much, Mark, for everything that you did. Is the loan signing system course worth the money? Is it worth the money? Absolutely. Because as I just showed you, you are literally, first of all, it was very affordable, but where I could do four payments, which was great. So I did choose that option. And literally, as you just saw, you're going to make your money back. So it's literally you're investing in yourself. It's an investment into yourself. It is totally worth every single penny because you're going to make it back times more. So I would definitely say if anyone is on the fence of taking the loan signing system, I would definitely tell them, what are you waiting for? Go for it. Like, better yourself. You will not regret it. There's so much more that you could be doing by betting on yourself. When you bet on yourself, you always win. And not only that. So I started my business three years ago in northwest Indiana. I am now, as you heard me say at the beginning, in Dallas, Texas. And guess what? I was able to bring my business with me. Like, who doesn't want that? That literally is what financial freedom is all about. Just being able to take your business with you wherever you go. Because at the end of the day, there's homes everywhere. Everybody has a closing. So that's really cool to be able to do that as well and just be able to share and, you know, tell people about being a loan signing agent. It's excellent. So I would say if you're on the fence, don't be on the fence. Go ahead and do it. I mean, it's worth the money. As you see, there's money to be made. And now that I'm in Dallas, Texas, it actually is even opening up to more doors. And right now I'm currently doing property management. So it's like there's so many avenues that you can do. And all of this was due to Mark's course. So I really do appreciate you, Mark. I really do. Thank you so, so, so, so much. You changed my life in so many different ways and I appreciate you. Thank you. Please keep doing what you're doing. You're doing an amazing job. Thank you. It.
