I just hit a record high for one signing. It was an estate signing for $650. That's an above average signing. The typical signing is 75 to $200. I'm a loan signing agent, also known as the preferred notary. It's been just one short year since I applied myself and invested into the loan signing system. And man, oh man, have I had great results. When I say this course is true and blue, it's true. In blue. Who you market to, how you market, all of that stuff matters. And these are all things I learned from the loan signing system. I'm super duper grateful for what it's done for my life. I'm literally in a new car because of being a successful notary. I'm going to move to my own place very soon, which is phenomenal. I've been renting rooms for 12 years. Not the same one, but that's just been my style of living. And I cannot wait for liberty. I cannot wait for freedom, where I can say, you know what? No matter what, I'm a great notary because of the LSS and the mentorship and the community, and I can make the money to take care of my responsibilities. That's all I've ever wanted, you guys, and I'm so, so grateful. And if you're thinking about investing into this course, I highly recommend it. Follow it to the T. It's been a year. I have over 900 signings under my belt. I had a record high last month of 70 assignments. The month before, 50. The business is there, and not to mention two days where I did seven assignments in a day. So if you're considering investing into this course, I highly recommend it. It changed my life and I know it could change yours.
