Hello, I'm Valentino. I actually do want to share a little bit about how I did in 2022. Cool. Is my notary gadget here. I had 537 signings. You kind of see right here just a little bit of what I did last year. Prior to being a loan signing agent, I was a director of security and I really dove into loan signings about mid-2020 after the shutdown. I wasn't laid off or anything, but I just didn't have a whole lot to do and started taking signings in the evening. And after a while I started to realize that I was making more money even from signing service companies part time than I was making an entire day as a security director. So after about three months end, I actually just decided to make the dive and just do it full time. Loan signing system really helped me just accomplish a lot as a single parent with my teenage child. I was able to just be able to be there for him with the flexibility of the schedule that's there. And then loan signing system itself, I was able to learn how to do a error free signing. I had access to the community, which was actually really huge and which was really encouraging to hear from other signing agents in my area that were also doing it and if I had any questions on how to do things. So if you're on the fence about, you know, trying out the loan signing system, I'd say go for it.
