Interest rates are going down and they're going down fast. What does that mean for a notary public loan signing agent? The news gets better and better for notary public loan signing agents headed in 2024. Read this with me. Rates are nosediving. Not my words, the words of business and center. Because that is the only description you can use. Since entry rates are 8% about 65, 70 day go and now they're under 7% the first time in the past 12 months. Interest rates are going down and they're going down fast. What does that mean for a notary public loan signing agent? A, that means you got to go all in on your business. That means you got to get off the fence. You've been thinking about becoming a notary public loan signing agent because there's not been a better time to be a notary public loan signing agent right now. But let's spell this out for you nice and Clearly. There is 4.3 million homes that sold in 2023 and the average interest rate in 2023 for someone who bought a home was 7%. And if interest rates are now below the average, some people bought higher than seven, some people bought lower. But we are now officially below the 7 mark and we're going to continue down the 6% mark. So that means refinance boom. And couple that with another purchase boom. Because as home affordability becomes better, then people can be funding the home purchase market. So you have a refinance boom, a purchase home boom. I mean, it's not been a better time to be a notary public loan signing agent. I'm going to keep feeding you this information, keep feeding this market updates, but you got to go all in on your business. You have the information, you have the scripts, you have the marketing techniques. Every single home in America cannot close without you. What are you doing with that information? Are you telling every single person where you live that your notary public loan signing agent. Look, 4 million homes have closed in 2023 at 7%. We're already currently lower than 7%. Everyone who bought at 7 to 3 quarters and 8% are currently refinancing. That's why mortg applications are up, by the way. That's why some notary time, the best month they've ever had in the past two years, this previous month is because interest rates have affected loan applications. Home buyers are going back on the market and people bought at 7 and a half and 8% are coming back into refinance. And it's going to keep happening as we get down to 6%. Will this ever be Covid years? No. But will we get down to 5%? That's my prediction. Five and a half. The answer is yes. Remember, there was another 5 million homes that sold in 2022, and the average interest rate then was 6. So if interest rates get down to 5%, there's roughly 10 million people who bought homes the past two years who will need to refinance to save money. There's not been a better time to be a notary public loan signing agent right now. Can you feel the energy in this video? Because that's how excited I am for you. But you got to go all in. You got to tell people how great you are. The data doesn't lie. Interest rates are the lowest have been in the past year. Mortgages have averaged 7%. We're lower than the average in 2023 right now as we speak. They're going to keep nosediving. And, and the question you should really be asking yourself is why? And the simple answer is the Fed's movement of interest rates up have helped lower inflation. The higher the inflation. That's why interest rates had to go up to combat it. Their interest rate rising has worked. So now interest rates are starting to come back down in a quick fashion because they need to come back down to keep the economy humming. It's just classic supply and demand. They raised interest rates so we quit spending so much. That means, very simply, that the cost of goods had to come down. So now the cost of goods are down. They're trying to get us to get back into a normalized market, gets interest rates where they should be, 5 or 6%. And you're going to reap the benefit of this. So go all in. You're going to keep hearing me say this. I need you to get past your comfort zone and go get that business. And if you're one of my numbers people, well, I've been showing you screenshots of the numbers. Four million homes sold, average 7%. Inflation's under control. Interest rates are nosediving.
