I am currently on month four of making more than $10,000 consecutively. Let me show you. We have a February, March, April, May, and we are on our way for the month of June. These are just some of the checks, These are directly from escrow. So these are like right seller packages that I've completed. So we get these in the mail. And the loan signing system has completely changed my life. Prior to loan signing system, I worked for a bank in the mortgage department. I was let go. I've been a notary for a long time because of work. I did 15 years in banking. So I became a notary through my job, but I never used it other than to notarize documents for people at the branch. So I said, okay, I'm gonna use my commission. I decided to buy the system. I was like, okay, I'm gonna do it. I was making 2,000, 3,000, 4,000 here and there. In December I made $8,000. Me, a newbie, a newbie made 8,000 DOL. In January of this year I went to conference. I currently make double my income that I used to make at the bank. I still do loan signings either through signing services or through direct escrow relationships that I have built with escrow officers, with realtors, with title offices. I do field inspections as well. What I love about the system is that it's not just about teaching you how to do loan signings, it's about how to manage your whole business. So you're not just going to learn how to do the job, you're going to learn how to grow your business. Whether that's going to be loan signing apostilles, you're going to do field inspections like they teach you how to make money as a notary. Not just with loan signings, not just with general notary work. They teach you how to do marketing, they coach you how to do marketing, to realtors, to escrow officers, to title offices. Like everything is so motivating and so passionate. I am proud of of myself and I'm so amazed. When I went to conference this year, I said I will make 100k this year. And we are in month 6 and I have already made 58 000, so I am well on my way. And I know I'm gonna exceed that goal of making 100k. I never even made that as a branch manager, but I know this year I will make it.
