Hi guys, this is Karen Ashby. I'm out of Tucson, Arizona and I've been a notary loan signing agent for, I'd say four years of practice right now. Recently I took Mark's training for the loan signing system and I have to tell you, it has been the most detailed, explanatory, helpful piece of training that I have ever paid for in regards to notarial and loan signing services. His script, his practices, his protocols, his ideas, concepts, everything that he has done and explained to us and the mentorship that he provides to us has been impeccable. I've had multiple signings arise since taking his training and restructuring my signing agent profile. Any website profile, any information that I have utilizing his plan and his structure on his script. It's been a lot of fun. I love to drive.
