If you follow these instructions, you will have calls, emails and even text messages from companies asking to pay you $75 to complete a loan signing. Hi, I'm Mark. I teach a loan signing system. I'm going to prove to you in this video how easy it is to make money as a loan signing agent. In fact, if you're Interested in making $75 per hour, part time and on your own schedule, then this could be one of the most important videos you'll ever watch. Loan Signing agents make $75 per loan signing by simply walking a borrower through a set of loan documents. Right now. In this video, I'm going to teach you how you can have people calling you to give you loan signing appointments when you've never even done one loan signing. I'm going to give you the secrets that so many of my students have applied to get business the very same week they've watched this video. You see, the big secret in the industry is that people who do loan signings are found simply by location. That is it. You don't have to be a salesperson to get business. In fact, you don't have to even talk to a single soul to get a loan signing appointment. You just need to know what databases to submit your names to. Then you'll get phone calls for loan signings. The next time there's one right next to where you live. I'm going to show you all the databases you need to be in for absolutely free. I own a loan signing company and I'm going to show you exactly how I find over 3,000 loan signing agents a year right now in this video.
This is an email of an escrow officer sending me an order for loan signing. So it's simple. Mark, can you please organize? She gives me the borrower's availability, the date and time, and the address in which the signing needs to occur. She has also attached the loan documents here. I will literally forward this whole email to the loan signing agent once I find them. So I take the zip code of where the borrower's property address is. So I take 92117. I go to one of the five databases that I use. Then I go down here. I type in the zip code of the property address or the signing location. Why do I do that? I want to find a notary public loan signing agent that lives near the location of my borrower. I obviously know that there won't be any issues getting to the appointment on time. There won't be any traffic. They live right next door to where the signing occurs. It makes so much sense for me as a notary public loan signing company to find a notary public loan signing agent that lives near the location of the signing as opposed to somebody an hour away. And that's secret number one. Signing agents are literally found by location. That is it. As you can see here, we literally type in the zip code, then we hit search. Search results come up. Then I just go down the list. I go to the first person who lives right in the same zip code. As you can see here, zero miles from the est from the signing location. I then click on Linda's name, up, pops her profile, then I go immediately to your mobile number and I sit and I call her. It takes me 10 seconds to go from the email that my client gave me to calling the very first loan signing agent that popped up that lives next to the borrower. I then call, say, Linda, hi, my name is Mark, I'm with a loan signing company. Can you or can you not be at this address by 3:00 clock on this date? She says yes or no. Then if she says no, I go back to the next person. She says no, I move back down. So then I'm going down. So I get people who are closest to my address and I just go from the top to the bottom based on the location. It is that easy. That is the secret sauce. As you've noticed, they don't. This person puts no comments. There's no resume checking. Let's go back to Tracy. I noticed she had something or, excuse me, Kathy. Kathy had this big old verbiage. I don't ever read it. Why don't I read it? I don't have time to read it. I have one job that is to find a notary public loan signing agent who lives near my borrower and who can make the appointment that's already preset and predetermined.
One of the secrets in the business is to understand why there isn't any resume checking or experience checking before a notary public loan signing company hires a notary public loan signing agent. And the secret is because there isn't any time for them to reference check. Most borrowers have jobs, family responsibilities, just like everyone else. Borrowers usually only have a small window of availability and a loan signing service company is under pressure to find a notary public loan signing agent to fill that exact appointment time that fits with the borrower schedule. The biggest secret to the industry that if you're in a loan signing database, if you're registered in a loan signing database, Then it is assumed you know how to execute a loan signing. It works like this one. Enter your name into the databases I'm about to show you. Two companies will call you with a time and date to do a loan signing. Three, you simply say yes or no to that appointment. Now if you've never done a loan signing, then I suggest you say no to those appointments. The point is, and the reason I showed this to you is I really want you to know how easy it is to be a loan signing agent. And now that you know how it works, you need to know what loan signing service databases that they use to find loan signing agents. And here's how to fill out each one.
This is snapdocs.com this is by far the newest, best, biggest database on the blockchain. All the signing requests are always done by text message. They have streamlined the process. Whatever you do, do not forget to create a profile on this database. Frankly, don't forget to register for any of them. But definitely don't forget this one. If you sign up for this database, you will get orders. I hope you're seeing how easy it is to register. You don't even need to upload your commission number. That's how easy it is. And then frankly, you don't even need a picture. When I told you it is easy. Well, you're frankly looking how easy it is right on the screen. You never need a big bio. No notary public loan signing services ever read them. Loan signing companies are in a hurry to fill an order and move on to the next. The longer it is, the less likely they are to read it. You can do one or two sentences.
Like we just showed you.
Here. Notaryrotary.com one of the two original loan signing agent databases still used by every loan signing company out there. What I'm hoping you're seeing is how really easy it is to register for all these databases. 123notary.com it's the other one of the two original databases. And just like Notary Rotary, everyone uses 1,2,3notary.com as well. I'm frequently asked if loan signing agents should pay for priority listing. My recommendation is no. We go by location, not who's priority listed. If there's only one person who lives in the same zip code as my borrower, I jump down to the non priority listings until finding someone who does. The closer you are is how we pick them, not who's priority listed. So I personally don't necessarily recommend that you pay money for that. All these databases are user Friendly. Just log on and type away. Notary resume is another new one to the market. It's in the same league as Snapdocs where they're streamlining the process. They use text messages as their main form information for loan signing appointments. I hope you guys really are noticing how easy and how little information that's really needed to create profiles. I can't stress enough. If you're in the database, they assume you know how to do a loan signing. The nationalnotary.org the NNA is truly the newest database for loan signing agents. They start off as a company that teaches people to pass their notary commission tests, but now have moved into the loan signing agent field. The big knock against the database though, it's pay to play. In order to be listed on their database, you have to pay and become an NNA member. No if, ands or buts. It's up to you if you guys want to be in it. But I will tell you they are being used as a way to farm and find loan signing agents.
What's the catch? The only catch is you need to fill out every profile register for every database that I just showed you and watch your phone ring. And every single time it does, someone wants to pay you $75 an hour or more. It's amazing. I know. And I just gave it away for free. The purpose of me giving this to you for free is to show you how easy it is to make $75 an hour part time and around your schedule. So don't forget to get your phone ringing. You have to fill out every profile to prove to yourself really how easy it is to get loan signing appointments. And you got to register in every database that I just showed you. Not one or two of them, but every single one. I'm going to end the video with this. Anyone will give you a chance on one loan signing. You mess up, you won't get a call back. You do great. You'll get more loan signings than you'll know what to do with. So when you're ready to learn how to do a loan signing, our Learn how to do a Loan Signing course is just a click away.
