In my going over loan documents efficiently course, I'm going to teach you a technique that will allow you to get through a loan signing in the most efficient way possible. One of the biggest time wasters in any loan signing is when a borrower doesn't feel comfortable that they know what's in the loan documents. And to make it worse, it's when they don't feel comfortable that the notary public loan signing agent knows what's in the loan documents as well. The technique that you're about to learn will allow the borrowers to get comfortable what's in the loan documents and allow the borrower to get comfortable that you know what's in the loan documents and ultimately allows you to continue building the credibility that you need so you can control the pace of the signing. Remember, and this is very important, while we cannot steer the borrowers or we cannot give them advice, we we can show them where to find the information they want to know and where it's located in the loan paperwork. For instance, if a piece of paper says loan application on the top, we can point to where it says loan application and say this is your loan application. A good loan signing agent is an educated loan signing agent. Study the documents that I've given you and learn what every single loan document page means. So if someone asks you what is an errors and omissions agreement, you can point to them in the paragraph on the paper where it answers it and then repeat what's on the page of the loan document. An educated loan signing agent can show them and they can answer something that summarizes it best. We can point to a piece of paper and summarize it for them. As long as you're showing them where you're getting it from. We don't have to be a mute and not say a word during a signing. That's the biggest misnomer and that is the key of getting through a loan signing efficiently. So you and the borrower are not there for two hours. And more importantly, you make the borrower feel comfortable that you actually know what you're doing, which will also get you the repeat business when the signing company or the escrow officer hears how good of a job you've done. So be sure that you have the loan documents in front of you and take plenty notes. And remember, we can absolutely point and guide. We can show the borrower where information is on their loan documents. So click on the link and get my perfect signing course. Learn this little known technique and become a great loan signing agent today.
