Hey guys, this is Pooja from Ventura, California. I'm here in sunny San Diego for the loan Signing Conference 2022. I'm super excited. I am a part time agent and what I'm looking forward to this year is learning all about the other arenas that we can start working in. Things like Ron Notarizations and really expanding the business in other ways as well. I also heavily look forward to the panel and just seeing how everybody else is scaling their businesses. I'm super excited to be here you guys and enjoy the weekend. So I'm Tracy, I'm from Ventura, California and the thing I'm looking most forward to this weekend is actually just meeting everybody, networking with people. And I'm super pumped to meet Mark because he's hilarious. He's motivated me to get into this business and just absolutely excel in it. So that's what I'm most excited to handle this weekend.
