There's not a wrong or right way to build this business. Business, frankly, there should be a blend of everyone's styles. There's not a one size fits all, but there's many different strategies that you can use.
You don't know that person that's sitting at the front desk may be your escrow officer that you came in to see. So don't automatically assume that you've got to get through that person. That person is who you need to make the first connection with.
