Hey, guys, my name is Brian Schooley. I am an LSA and a recent graduate of Mark Will's loan Signing Systems. I just wanted to do a video to encourage you guys to just go for it. I'm a father of five, I have a full time job, and sometimes life happens, you know, I needed a second job. So I was online looking at different options and I heard a podcast, the side Hustle Nation, I believe is what the podcast was. And Mark was on there and he was explaining his program and how easy it is to get started to become a loan signing agent. And for whatever reason, I was like, hey, sounds cool, I'm gonna try it. So, you know, one of the reasons I was so excited about it was because, like, the initial investment is so low, there's not a lot of money you got to put out a pocket to get started. So I put it out, you know, in my spare time I watched all the videos and he teaches you just everything you need to know to do a signing. One of the best parts is that he actually walks you through a signing. There's a video in his class where he sits with that person and he shows exactly step by step how he does it. And for me, that's one of the greatest things, is being trained, is just watching somebody else do it. And I can learn. So I've learned so much from that. And, you know, I've been able to make some extra income for my family. I was working two jobs. This was actually my third job. And now that I've gotten the hang of this and I've gotten some loans going and some signings, I've actually been able to quit my second job. So now I. I just have this on the side. So, you know, I work a 9 to 5 every day after work. You know, I'll get a signing and I can make, you know, 90 bucks in an hour and a half. It's crazy. My other job, I was working, you know, eight hours on Saturday, eight hours on Sunday, and just wasting my life. You know, the other day I had a two signing day. I made $170 in three hours. That's basically all I was making in 16 hours worth of work on the weekend. So the work is there, it is out there. Don't let anybody tell you any different. You know, I'm just working through signing services now. So, you know, I'm getting signings for 75, 85, 90 bucks an hour, but I'm cutting my teeth on those. You know, I'm learning how to do it and it's still 90 bucks an hour. You know, it's ridiculous money, and it is out there, and it is available. So don't be discouraged. Go for it. You don't have anything to lose. Mark is an awesome guy. He helps you out. You know, you can send him an email, he'll respond. You can talk to him on his Facebook group, he'll respond. And there's also a lot of notaries out there who are doing the same thing. And we have a wonderful group of people that you can bounce stuff off all the time. So give it a shot. Do it. The money is out there. And, you know, I'm just getting started. I'm actually looking forward to getting some direct business, which, if you take Mark's class, he'll teach you what that is. That's skipping the middleman and going right to the escrow companies. And you can even make twice as much money as I'm making now. So looking forward to that. That's my next move. But go for it. This is an awesome job, awesome second job. And the reality is, like Mark says, you know, you can do 13 signings a week and make 100 grand a year. That's insane. So this job one day could take out my other job. But don't tell my boss. All right, good luck. Take the course. It's totally worth it. It's awesome.
