Hi everyone. This is Mark with a loan signing system. What I'd like to believe makes my course a little bit different than the other courses you may know is I'm really in the trenches. I try to bring you interviews from actual mortgage officers, escrow officers and real estate agents on what they expect from signing agents and any tips that they can give you on being a better notary public loan signing agent to get business directly from them. So I was like to do reviews on me and my loan signing system from mortgage professionals. So this is Brian who is a loan officer. Brian, can you give a quick review on me? No pressure. And maybe the loan signing system as you know.
Yeah. So there's many great things to say about Mark and his business, but I know that when I choose Mark as my signing agent that I'm not going to get a phone call, that he's going to be professional, he's going to show up on time and he's going to know those documents. I could confidently turn my phone off during the signing and know I'm not going to have any voicemails or text messages. A borrower is freaking out. And to me that's priceless because Mark is an extension of me and my professionalism and my hard work. His business is parallel and backs mine up in that way. And it's. It's just a priceless business relationship that we have.
