Hey everyone. My name is Al from Lafayette, California and as of last week, I am a loan signing system certified notary. So excited about that. The reason why I wanted to become a notary public loan signing agent was that it allowed for me the flexibility and the earning potential that I need as a stay at home dad right now with a lot of moving parts, with the lives of my kids and their activities and all of that still on my plate. This type of job allows me that flexibility and I couldn't ask for anything more than that. One of my favorite parts about the loan signing system is that it really over prepares you in a good way. There's a lot of material. Mark does such an amazing job just really painting the whole picture and really walking you through all the different scenarios. Mark shows you real world scenarios, real world situations that you can do to prepare yourself for the future that you have as a notary public loan signing agent. So highly, highly recommend it. It's worth the money if someone's on the fence about the loan signing system. And I think the question you have to ask yourself is, is that how bad do you want it? How bad do you want to set yourself up for success and also have a community? I think that's something that's understated and really not talked about a lot of times with Mark and he's, you know, always so energetic and so pumped up about things. But one thing that everybody will tell you that's in the community that has joined it and continues to be here, is that you're surrounded by like minded people who are positive and go getters and really excited about what they have ahead. So, you know, looking back, would I say it was worth it? Absolutely. I think that especially when you compare apples to apples, some of the other programs out there, and I also took other ones, I would say that there is a robustness and a community and you know, Mark's a real guy, he's out there, he's doing it. And so I think that I appreciate some of the well roundedness about the program, the community and also the teachings. So highly recommend it. What are you waiting for? Go on, get it.
