I tell all my part timers if you're trying to go direct, open houses are your dream. You create a relationship with the realtor. Because remember, you're actually not trying to market to the realtor per se, you're trying to get the realtors title contact. So when you create that relationship, you're like, oh my gosh, can you put me on an email with your favorite title officer in town? Boom. Now you're on the email with their favorite title officer. And then you're then. And then you respond back to the title officer. Oh my gosh. So nice to meet you, Susie. I'll be in tomorrow at 12:30 to say hi. They don't even know need to know that you're part time. That makes sense. Yeah, but would you tell them like I'm only available for never. Never, never. Okay, Call me crazy, Andrea, but if you had a $200 appointment opportunity at Tuesday at 10 o', clock, you try to figure out how to get there, I could be wrong. What? That's my point. That's my point. So why would you tell somebody I don't do it when my bet is you would do it? But let's say you can't. Right? Remember, an escrow officer does not assume that every notary can do every signing there assumption that you actually have other clients. So my point is you don't need to be like I am at work, like, oh, I can't take it. Dang it. That's it. So don't overthink it. Right. I think a lot of my part timers think on their forehead it says I'm part time. It does that. You know what I mean?
