Is there business for loan signing agents? You've probably reading all over YouTube. Oh, it slowed down. So what's the truth? Is there signings for signing agents in 2023? Well, don't take my word for it. Let's look at the Fannie Mae projections or forecast for 2023 that got reported in June of 2023. So read this with me right now. Fannie Mae has revised their forecast of home sales in America to 4.86 million homes are forecasted this year based on the previous six months of 2023. So yes, there is loans to be signed for loan signing agents. Now I want you to really wrap your head around this in case you don't know, you're in the research phase. But every home sale also has something called a seller's package. When the home seller sells their home, then obviously they need to sign paperwork that transfers the home over to the buyer. That's called a seller's package. In that paperwork are forms that need to be notarized. So loan signing agents are sent out on seller packages. So do the math with me again. 4.8 million homes are forecasted to be sold in 2023, which means there's also 4.86 million seller packages. Just on the purchase side of this industry, there's almost 10 million opportunities for loan signing agents to make money. So yes, there is business for loan signing agents. Yes, there's opportunity. Yes, even in 2023, these 10 million loan opportunities, but that doesn't include any refinance numbers that came in for the first two quarters of this year. Doesn't include any home medically line of credit which are going like crazy because so many mar have so much equity in their house. They're tapping it through something called a home equity line of credit. Then there's also reverse mortgage. As a senior part of our community are taking out reverse mortgages by the droves because they're also sitting on so much equity post Covid. So in conclusion, yes, there is business for loan signing agents. Like in any business in America, you got to know where to look for the business. And once you know where to look for the business, the second part is learning how to get the business. The best way to get realtor purchase business is through the realtors. You can walk into an open house, you can go to a networking event, go wherever realtors are. The key to this business is just knowing where to look. And so I want to educate you in this video where you look is the realtor that you already know. You just have to learn how to have that conversation and make that realtor feel like you're credible enough to be the notary on that business. Because once you have that conversation, then they're going to refer you to the title company. And once they refer you to the title company, bottom Bing. That's where all the loan signings are. A lot of notary public loan signing agents don't know how to market to realtors, therefore they don't market to realtors. So therefore they jump on the Internet. Oh no, business is slow. Business is not slow. They just don't what they're doing. You can see by the numbers. The numbers don't lie. Fannie Naden literally reported this in June of 2023. Because if sales for homes in the first two quarters of 2023 was so robust going into the best summer months, which is the best sales months in America, they had to revise a forecast up. The business is there for loan signing agents. All you have to do is know where to look and how to obtain it. So don't let the Internet tell you or scare you. Oh, there's not business for notary public loan signing agents. That's why you see week in and we get loan signing systems getting on interviews with me talking about how much money they're making, not because they're better than anybody, just because they know where to look. Now you know where to look. So I always implore my students, go to open houses, talk to your friends that are realtors, because realtors are still making a ton of money in this market. It's supply and demand. Home buyers still want homes. 5 million homes are going to close this year again. 5 million home closings equal 5 million opportunities for a notary public loan signing agent on the buying side. And then if all these 5 million homes are selling, then there's obviously seller packages. The math is simple. 5 million on the buying side, 5 million on on the selling side gives you 10 million opportunities for notary public loan signing agents. The opportunity is abundant. Don't let other signing agents on YouTube tell you they're not because they don't know how to get something. The numbers speak for themselves. This is not a raw, raw, raw YouTube video. This is the truth. Google it. Fannie Mae revises forecast predictions. I implore you to do your own research because it is not slow. I want you to be successful. I want you to crush it. And you can. Now you know the purchase market is going crazy. Now you know there's sellers packages you to all the home selling I mean, come on now. I'm getting so excited for you.
