Notary Generates $350,000 in a Year with This Marketing Hack 💰✍🏼

Bill built a notary business to $350,000 a year by repeatedly visiting the same office to build relationships. He kept showing up until the people there trusted him enough to send work his way.
Bill, how much money did you make last year?
Last year I made $350,000.
You built your business differently, so I want you to tell them how you built your business.
So what I did is I researched quite a bit. A lot of the companies that were close to me, a lot of the escrow companies, title companies. And then I decided to pick one. And the reason why I picked this one is because they had a lot of opportunity. They have seven offices within the county. So I figured if I can get in one and they have multiple escrow officers in that office, eventually I'm going to go to 2, 3, 4, and multiply the number of escrow officers in each office. Right. What I did was I visited this office seven straight weeks, every Friday. I did a lot of research about the company, and I knew a little bit about the company. When I walked in the first time, first time I went in there, gatekeeper was there. All I did was bring my business card. One business card. I said, I'm driving by the neighborhood. I'm a local notary. I'm your neighbor. I'm going to a signing now, but I'm just going to come back next Friday. Looked at me, she didn't say a whole lot. Just. Just took my card and I left. Following Friday, I came back. This time I brought goodies for the entire office. Same lady, don't know her name yet. Now we start chatting because I got goodies for the office. I don't have a whole lot of time, I tell her, but I got these goodies for you guys because I know how hard you guys are working. I was looking at, you guys are coming up with a golf event coming up. So I'm sure you guys working through that. I just want to leave these goodies for you guys. And here's more business cards. I'll be back next Friday. I walked out next Friday. I show up again, but she's not there. I ring the doorbell. Somebody comes out. I don't know who he is because I hadn't seen him on anything. And he takes me to the back. He introduces me to every escrow officer in that office. He says, I want you to send me an email. Here's my contact info. And I'm going to forward the email to all the rest of the escrow officers because they're busy right now. I said, I get it. Yep. Don't want to bother them. And I'm going to copy them on your email.
The gist of what I wanted you to teach with seven straight Fridays, I get emails marking the same mascara for three times. I'm like, cool, keep going. And it's nothing fancy. He said, I dropped off a car to came back. Drop off a car to came back. Dropped off a car, came back. Like, you don't need to overthink how we build this business. It's all relationship based. So, you know, let's kind of talk about some tips and tricks you can give them. That's one tip and trick. Are there any tips or tricks you can give to get past the receptionist at a title office?
