This is a YouTube video titled "Notary Generates a MILLION DOLLARS With This Marketing Hack 💰✍🏼" containing a discussion focused on marketing strategies for sourcing clients, specifically targeting title companies within a geographic area. The speakers share detailed tactics on scheduling visits, researching potential clients, and preparing for initial meetings. The content is instructional and business-oriented, created in early 2025.
How are you finding the leads? How are you finding these people to be relentless with?
My primary source right now is title companies, so that's how I approach my marketing and sourcing them. It's just Google. And where I'm looking for is going to be based on where I currently don't have clients. So wherever I don't have clients, that's within driving distance. So for me, that's two hours, sometimes more or less. It's a big circle. It takes a while to get through it. But it's Google. So if it's this city, I'm going to go Google title offices in the city and I'll go get an extensive list. So anything within about 10, 15 minutes of that city, I'm writing every single one down. I'm making sure that they actually have a website and Google reviews so I know they're real. I'm definitely seeing the ones that have more reviews, that are more likely to be busier, obviously, because I'm trying to get ROI faster. So I will break it up. So if it's 15 offices, I won't try to do that all in one day because that's a tall ask. So I usually will chop it up during the week. So typically two trips during the week. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, because Friday I avoid that day. Ten to three is usually good for me personally and I would just look at my soft spots in my calendar using your suggestion. Historically, Thursday morning, I don't really have a lot going on normally, so that's circled. So once it's committed, it's on my calendar, it's scheduled, I block it out and then I go hit as many of them as I can. Once I get those lists, I will go to the site itself and then, okay, I know I'm targeting these 15 offices in the city. I'll go to each office's website and what I'm looking for is contact information or decision maker that I can speak with and ask for. So usually that's going to be whatever it is for your market owner, scheduler, settlement officer, attorney, whatever it is. And I'll get a couple names. So when I'm going into that office and we'll go through that later, but I have at least two people I know to ask for, so the odds are pretty good one of them hopefully will be in the office. And if they're not, we could talk about that too. But I want to know who I'm reaching out to.
Hope everybody heard that he gave you what time he walks in, what days he walks in how he targets. I mean, he just dropped his old playbook right there, so thank you for doing that. So what do we say when we're in front of the client for the first time? So go over that so they hear your pitch.
