A $500,000-a-year signing service owner says asking clients for reviews after each signing is the hidden gem that builds reputation and attracts more business. One of the things that I always tell people is if you do get the signing, ask for a review on how you did on your signing. People do not ask enough for a review. It's a hidden gem. I didn't used to do it. But I truly believe that if you ask for reviews, people will leave you a review, especially if you did a good job. And let me give you another hint. We all look at each other's reviews because we all use similar platforms. And if I see that Deborah gave John Doe a great review, I'm more likely gonna follow her lead and use that person. And I see other signing service owners that I happen to know from lss. Guess what? You're getting that next signing. Who you get your reviews from. Matter. And so especially within the LSS family, where we're now up to like 75 signing services in our, our, our, our community specifically. But even if you're not part of lss, it's still the RU collecting that a lot of notaries aren't doing. That bill is just straight up telling you to start collecting.
