Hi, guys. Mark here at the loan signing System. Back with my loan signing agent tip of the week. And today's topic is what color pen should I use for my loan signings? It seems like such a trivial part of the loan signing process, but of course, there's no such thing as a trivial part of the loan signing process. So what color should you use? Always the color you should default to is blue. Why? Well, a blue helps all lenders, banks, escrow companies, real estate agents, mortgage officers know that it's an original signature. If you sign in black, some people literally have to stare at it for like five minutes to see if it's an original signature or a copy. So if you're going to default to a color, default to the color blue. There are some lenders out there who will not take black. Now, even with that being said, if you get specific instruction from the signing service or the lender's instructions state use black. Obviously use black. But if there's no instruction, my tip of the day is always default to the color blue for your loan signings. My name is Mark. I teach a loan signing system. If you like this video, please hit like.
