Hi, I'm Mark. I teach the loan signing system here with my quick loan signing agent Tip of the Week Today's tip of the week has to do with notary acknowledgments and notary jurats. Loan documents are going to come pre printed with notary verbiage already on it. If the notary verbiage that is pre printed on the loan document does not match your state's then you need to attach a notary acknowledgement that is your state's or notary jurot that is your state. You simply put c attachment on the signature line of the pre printed notary verbiage and then you attach a loose acknowledgement or a loose jurat. If you are signing and stamping the pre printed verbiage that's on the loan documents and it's not your states, the funder can kick it back and make you re execute it. If you need to re execute it, whoever gave you the signing may not give you any more signing. So the quick tip of the week is if the loan documents pre printed notary verbiage does not match your states then simply attach a loose acknowledgment or loose giraffe behind it.
