Hi guys. Mark here at the loan signing system. Back with my loan signing agent tip of the week and today's loan signing agent Tip of the week is you should try start using rubber bands to hold your loan documents together instead of binder clippers. Guys, look, this package of rubber bands, it literally cost me 149 at Staples or it costs roughly. I mean, you guys probably do the math as well with me. A box of 12 of these cost about four bucks and that's 12, that means that six sets of loan documents that you need to make a copy for the borrower copy to sign. Or you get this for a buck 49 at Staples and I can probably wrap, I don't know, maybe a hundred sets of loan documents. So I think you can see how saving money by using rubber bands to put your loan documents together is way cheaper than using binder clippers. And look how escrow receives them. Whether they're in rubber bands or binder clippers is not a negative reflection on you. Do whatever can save you money. I'm Mark. I teach the loan signing system.
