Hi guys. Mark here at the loan signing system. Back with my quick loan signing agent Tip of the week. Today's quick tip of the week is always make sure your notary stamp is filled with ink. Why? If your notary stamp starts coming out light on the loan documents, when you're stamping your notary stamp and you send it back to the lender, the lender makes a copy of the document that has a notary stamp on it and that notary stamp doesn't come out as dark on the copy, they're going to send it back to you. So you always got to make sure that the notary stamp is dark as it can be. And the way I do that is at home I always have an extra ink for my notary stamp. So how do you get the extra ink? Just simply Google the manufacturer of your stamp. Put in Google, you'll get a phone number, you go to supplies and then you can buy the ink separate. So you don't need to always go back to whoever created your stamp to get your stamp re inked, just re ink it at home. If you like that tip, please hit like down below.
