Hi guys, I'm Mark. I teach the loan signing system and I'm super excited to say that I am going to start giving you guys the loan signing agent tip of the week. That will specifically make your loan signing agent business even better than it already is. So today's loan signing agent tip of the week is don't ever use staples on anything. Why? Because when these loan documents that you sign get FedEx or you drop them off at the escrow office or the real estate agents office, somebody puts them through a scanner and if you put a paperclip or you put any staples in it, it's going jam up the scanner. And you don't want the escrow officer or the real estate agent, whoever's scanning to curse your name under the breath because you jam the scanning machine. So I know you're saying, well Mark, what happens if I need to attach a notary acknowledgement or jurat, a loose attachment or jurat behind a loan document or to a loan document? Well, just put it behind the loan document and put it back into the loan stack. Once again these loan documents are going to be scanned into a scanner and you don't want it to jam the scanner, guys. So that is a loan signing agent tip of the week. If you enjoy the this tip of the week, make sure you subscribe to my YouTube channel.
