Hi, I'm Mark, a notary public myself, owner of a national signing service and also an educator of loan signing agent training. Here with my tip of the week. This is actually more of a money saving tip of the week because I'm always asked Mark, can I return my loan docs in rubber bands or does it always have to be those binder clippers? Some of those binder clippers are going up in price and they're not the cheapest thing. They're basically one time use for you. You clip the binders, you send it away and it's like just sending away 25 cents or 50 cents. So my answer to you is rubber bands are more than okay. So instead of spending money on binder clippers, save some money and buy the rubber bands because they literally go for like 500 for like 199. So user bands, getting it back to the lender or title company, putting it with your FedEx box is absolutely okay. The reason body clippers are so nice because you know nothing's ever going to slip. So my other tip is if you insist on doing rubber bands, try to rubber band it sideways, rubber band it long ways to make sure papers don't fall out. I, I hope this tip of the week helped your business. And always follow his page for more tips and tricks just like this.
