Hi, I'm Mark and I teach the loan signing system. I'm frequently asked, should I wait to take the loan signing system training course until after I've received my notary commission? Until my notary commission is in my hand and the answer is absolutely not. Let me be the first to tell you that becoming a loan signing agent is not some get rich quick scheme. There will be a learning curve, especially since you're probably learning a new skill. The fact of the matter is you cannot learn to be a notary public loan signing agent in an evening or two, just like you can't learn to be a chef in an evening or two or learn how to hit a golf ball in a day or two. Learning how to navigate a borrower through 150 pages of loan documents will take some studying time and you will want to do that before your notary commission comes in the mail. While it isn't rocket science to watch someone sign loan documents, you will need to learn where the borrower needs to sign, date and initial, and just as importantly, where the borrower does not need to sign, date or initial. One misplaced signature in 150 pages of loan documents can ruin a mortgage transaction. You'll also need to learn what the most commonly asked questions borrowers have and how to answer them. And if you've never been in the real estate industry, there are some terminology that you'll need to become familiar with. And this won't happen overnight. You are asking someone to give you $75 to $200 for an appointment that takes about an hour. You have to assume there'll be some learning involved and some studying needed. Why else would we get paid so much money? Now my course can teach you all of these things in the easiest way possible through step by step videos and actual loan documents in your hands. So here's what you'll need to do to maximize your success as a notary public loan signing agent. Take my course at the same time you register for your notary commission. So while you're waiting for your commission to come in the mail, you can be studying the loan signing system. So by the time you actually receive the commission, you are prepared to start accepting loan signing agent jobs and make money. Day one. Not two days, two weeks, or even a month after it comes in, but the day it arrives. When that commission comes in the mail, you'll want to have your name already registered and your profiles completed and all of the signing service databases so you can start getting phone calls and texts with loan signing appointments immediately. You'll want to have your business cards and your professional email address up and ready to rock and roll so you can start accepting any loan signing agent job that comes your way. If you waited for your commission to arrive, then take my course, it would add several weeks or even months before you can start making money as a notary public loan signing agent. Waiting to take my course until you've received your commission will literally be costing you money. Every day you're not doing a loan signing is a day of money you'll never be able to make up. So now you can see why it's important to get started learning how to become a notary public loan signing agent while you're waiting for your commission to come in the mail, right? I mean, what would you do with the extra $75 to $200 that you'd be making right out of the gate as opposed to not making any money for two weeks until after your notary commission comes in the mail? Waiting for your commission to come in before you take the course, before you put your name in databases and before you get your business cards is like a basketball player waiting to shoot baskets on the very first game. And just like you can't learn to play basketball in a day, you shouldn't try to learn how to become a loan signing agent overnight. The time you spend today learning the new skill will pay dividends for years to come. You are starting a lucrative small business. Give yourself the best chance for success. Use the time you're waiting for the commission to perfect your craft as a loan signing agent. Get the loan signing system training course and certification today. I'm Mark. I teach a loan signing system and I look forward to teaching you how to become a loan signing agent.
