Stay at Home Mom Makes $300 a Day PART-TIME as a Notary Public Loan Signing Agent!

A stay-at-home mom of three earns $300 per day as a notary loan signing agent, fitting the work around school runs and family duties. She credits a training course for building confidence with loan documents and says the money follows when you focus on serving clients through complex paperwork.
What's one thing that you love about being a notary public loan signing agent?
I am a housewife first. I have three kids. I have a 12 year old, a 4 year old and a 1 year old. And what I love about the business is that I am able to make just $300 a day and get all my kids to school and make dinner and make, you know, breakfast and it just, it works well for my life. So if there's any stay at home moms like, this is definitely the place to go. Honestly, your course has been, has really been top tier as far as I feel much more knowledgeable. I feel much more comfortable with the loan documents and with the ver and I've been working with signing services. I'm ready to take the next step indirect. That's where my next journey is. And I just wanted to jump on here and say how valuable your course has been. I love people. I love going into people's houses. I love helping them understand what they're doing. A lot of people, I realize that when they get to those loan packets, whether it's a refi or a buyer's, they're really lost in the verbiage. And I love being the person to really help them connect the dots and how big of a step that it is. I feel like a lot of people don't really understand what a refinance is until I get there. And I just like leaving them, you know, feeling comfortable and better about the step that they take in their life.
You actually love serving others and I think that's what makes a good notary public loan signing agent. Right? When it's not about them. You didn't say it was about the money. You didn't say, oh, because I make $100 for an hour appointment and that's a sign of a good signing age. It's not about you. You know, the money comes after you serve, after you exchange a value. And so I love that your first thing that came to your mind on the spot was in a serving role. And I agree. I think that's the best part about business in general. It's not about the money, it's about serving others. And you do that really well. Everything else falls into place.
