One of the worst things I hear from students is, Mark, I live in Texas, and I want to sign up with Texan signing agent databases. You could be a loan officer in Los Angeles, and that loan officer can have a client in Tennessee. So don't sign up for databases relative to your location because you don't know where the loan officer has clients. Some of these loan officers literally dial borrowers 100 times a day, no matter where they live, where they're located, and they're closing loans all over the country. Everybody hear that hot tip I gave you? Because a lot of students, sometimes I get emails. Mark, I sat through your webinar, but I live in Texas, so why would I sign up with a signing agent database in New York? And I'm like, but you didn't listen to the webinar because I told you that loan officers in New York can do business in Texas. Now, realtors are different, but loan officers are doing refinances. And by the way, you can be a purchase loan officer in New York for a property in Florida. So my hot tip is make sure you start with as many as you can because you don't want to pigeonhole yourself to region because there could be a loan officer in Los Angeles who specializes in Las Vegas business, and you only signed up for signing services databases in Las Vegas. Is everybody hearing the coaching I'm giving you for free today?
