Hi, guys. My name is Valerie Montavi, and I'm from the greater Kansas City area. Actually live in a place called Bate City, Missouri. And I wanted to tell you a little bit about Mark Will's loan signing system course. If you've been looking at this thing and, you know, just riding the fence about it, I would suggest jumping right off the fence and buying it. It's the greatest thing since sliced bread. I was looking for a way to make some extra money, and I had already had a notary commission, and I thought, there's got to be something that I can do with it. So I kept searching and searching and searching, and I finally ran across Mark's course and looked at some of his videos and, you know, kind of rode the fence a little bit myself. But day two of looking at it, I jumped right in and got it. It's the best thing I've ever done. I wish I'd have found it years and years ago. So anyway, I mean, he's a great teacher. He's a great motivator. He doesn't sugar coat stuff, and he's available. Best of all, he's available to talk to you. He has a great group of students that are so helpful. Everybody's helpful to each other. He calls it a family, and, you know, it really feels like a family. I've never, you know, I looked around for years and years for something to do and wasted so much money. Not a waste, you guys. This is the best thing ever. You can do it at a young age, you can do it at my age. So it's, you know, there's nothing that I can think of where you can make money, you know, without a huge education. You know, you just have to be able to absorb the material and do what he says. If you follow his course and do what's in the course, you will make money. I'm a living testament to that.
